Spencer was a super nice guy! He allowed us to do a late arrival. Area was very quiet & peaceful! He didn't have septic yet but is in the process of putting it in right now - looks close to done. The 50 amp and water hookups were great and very easy access to site. Woke up to stunning views! Thanks again Spencer, we'll be back!

Very easy to find. Close to Flagstaff stores if you needed supplies. Very quiet. Hosts were very helpful 50 amp power was available as well as water. Would definitely stop again.

Lots of space. Parked next to the house. Water and electric. We just needed a place to stay overnight while visiting our son in Flagstaff. It was in a nice neighborhood. Easy in and out.

Spencer and his wife were lovely hosts, they spent plenty of time telling me all about the area, etc.. I would recommend their camp space to anyone, and I would certainly stay there again if I were in the area..

Fantastic host with a beautiful spot on his picture property. Great communication., respectful of my privacy. We’re definitely go here again. Rural type equine area.
Lots of room for my adventure, van, and any much larger RV. Easy to get in and out of.

Great place right outside of town. The pad was level, situated next to a house and perfect size for my 19ft camper van. It was super dark out there so stargazing was on point. 5 stars.

We stayed at this property for two nights.
The Good:
— Close to several interesting National Monuments and the city of Flagstaff
— Nice view of mountains
— Fairly level RV site
— Responsive Hosts
The Not So Good:
— The neighborhood seems to be filled with many barking dogs. Most quieted down by 9 pm but the one across the street (it seems to live outside) barked incessantly and throughout the night. We closed all windows in our RV, used ear plugs and had music playing but none of that worked to adequately drown out the barking. At 4:30 am, add in the sound of crowing roosters and you’re not sleeping well. The second night, we used a loud fan just over our heads to drown out the barking. It worked, but from the description of the property, we expected a quiet and peaceful two nights and didn’t think it should be necessary to do anything to block annoying noises!
If you enjoy quiet places or like to sleep with windows open, this may not be the place for you. Just know that windows open or closed, there’s no way to avoid the constant barking and you’ll need to find a way to drown it out.

I'm glad I chose to stay here. Not very far off the highway, but far enough not to hear it. A good, safe and quiet place to park it and have water and electric. Spencer and his wife were friendly, quick on communicating and accommodating. A+

Spencer wasn’t there when I stayed but he left very in depth instructions and was very quick to respond if I had a question. There parking spot wasn’t quite level but no problems for the night. I did hear some elk overnight. The scream will scare you haha. Beautiful spot with the mountains in the back.

Spencer's place was great- and he was a wonderful host. The site is quiet, pretty flat, close enough to town to be convenient. There's a pub 5 minutes away where we got a bite to eat and watched our favorite college football team play on a myriad of TVs. If we're ever back in town we'll stay again.

I highly recommend Praire Flats, very nice site with everything I needed. Our host, Spencer was warm and welcoming, he was also very knowledgeable of the area. I had some brake issues that he helped by letting me stay another day and recommending a local mechanic. Had everything fixed and back on the road in no time. Just a wonderful stay! I’ve been on the road for 4 months now and this stay was a gem!

We spent a night at Prairie Flats as a Flagstaff stopover on the way to New Mexico. It was perfect for our needs - Spencer and family were lovely, made sure we had everything we needed, and even made sure that we saw the elk grazing nearby. We will absolutely stop again if we are in the area.

Amazing hospitality from Spencer and his wife!!!
The land they are on is outstanding and worked perfect for our RV and few cars as we needed the place to spend the night before heading down for a Sedona adventure.
The stars at night are OUT of this world - full view of the Milky Way - so dreamy
I would highly recommend staying on Spencer‘s land and look forward to staying again in the future!

Great spot to stay and access Sedona and the mountains. Spencer and Andrea were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Mountain View’s as well as prairie dog watching!

Spencer's place is super easy to get to, far enough out of town that you feel you're in the country, but not so far that you can't roll into town for a bottle of milk.
They were super helpful and accommodating. It was great to have water and electricity, and we loved staying there.

Really beautiful neighborhood to camp! Nice view of the mountains and the hosts were very welcoming and communicative. Water and power easily accessible next to the house. Will return next time I'm passing through again!

I didn’t get to meet him but it was a great flat spot. Outside of town but close enough if you need something. Excellent communication. He was nice enough to let me drop my camper early so we would have time to go to the Grand Canyon.

This is a great place to stay! Quiet, safe and easy to get to. Nice views of the San Francisco Peaks in Flagstaff. Spencer and his wife were wonderful hosts. Easy to deal with and very helpful when hooking up.
Terrain somewhat difficult to level the rig. We hope to be back sometime!

Spencer was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area as we got there after dark. Very hands on about where to park but once we were there very hands off. Overall would love to stay there again as he helped us out in a pinch and was very friendly!
