What a sweet gem this prairie farm spot was. Kara was very responsive and guided us right along. We would love to return and wouldn’t miss this place again. Side note, they were working on a very cool trailer named Belle. Thanks!

Ross and Kara were SO AWESOME. They are exactly what you want in a host from start to finish: detailed directions, communicative, a friendly hello upon arrival, and then some quiet time to get to know their beautiful piece of Arizona. Plus the GF chocolate chip cookies!!

Staying at Ross and Kara’s campsite was amazing! The directions provided are very easy to follow to get to the camp site. Kara greeted us as we pulled in with blankets, pillows, and homemade chocolate chip cookies! The cookies were delightful and were even gluten free! My wife has a severe gluten allergy so she was very excited:) The site is amazing and very spacious. At night sitting out under the stars was tremendous. What a view, and we were even lucky enough to see a shooting star on our first night there. On our way out, Ross filled up our water tank on our rig and gave us a full tank so we could continue on to our next campsite and the rest of our trip. I would highly recommend staying with Ross and Kara! Thank you for your unbelievable hospitality and for sharing your property with us:)

Excellent hosts and communication! We did not actually end up staying here, but I wanted to leave a positive review for the hosts. Ross and Kara messaged me that the site was too muddy and wet for our camper, due to unexpected heavy snow followed by a quick melt. They let us know with plenty of time to find another place to stay, and even offered to let us camp in their driveway! We will definitely use this camp again!

Ross and Kara were super friendly and helpful! Gave us very specific easy-to-follow directions. Checked in on us, even gave us gluten free cookies! The site had breath-taking views and very peaceful. A great (affordable) overnight stop for any trip. Thank you Ross and Kara for being gracious hosts!

Dark Sky and Mountain Views RV Site
Wow! What's not to love about gracious hosts, sprawling views, and fresh eggs for breakfast! I had a lovely stay at Ross and Kara's property. Their campsite looks out over the grasslands towards the San Francisco Peaks and was easily accessible on gravel roads just south of the highway. Ross and Kara are warm and welcoming and I felt right at home as soon as I pulled in. Definitely don't pass up the fresh eggs from their chickens when you stay... delicious! I'll be back for sure!

Two of the nicest and most accommodating hosts you'll ever meet! Beautiful view from the campsite and super quiet. My dog loved getting to run around and chase the ball.
