Escape to the Solstice Cabin, where tranquility meets convenience. The cabin is just 10 minutes from town and 15 minutes from the Homer Spit, but you'd never know it from the peaceful, private setting. Relax in bed while taking in the expansive views through the large windows, cuddle up with a book in the loft, or grill on the deck. Watch moose snack on willow bushes, listen to the babbling brook, or go berry picking right on the property. This is a *damp* cabin. This means it is not plumbed but is supplied with 5gal of unheated, potable water at the sink and a urine-diverting composting toilet. There is no shower available on site, but showers may be purchased in town at the laundry mat. Additional water fill ups for the sink faucet may be assessed with a fee, but a 3gal water container and pump will be provided that you may refill in town.
