Near Dismals canyon and bear creek spillway with class 2 rapids as well as other peaceful creek floats. 5 public lakes with swimming beaches/boat launches within 30 min drive. 15 min drive to nearest grocery store. Plenty of parking available but the best spots are a short hike away. I can haul your gear in for you. We weren’t on the actual tent spot. He took us a bit more off the road, which was good. The only issue we really had was the dogs barking all night long, all around us. In a tent, you hear everything.
