Greetings fellow adventure lovers! Thank you for stopping.

We have made a few changes here at VRV, mainly a new location very near our day use location and we now host in comfy Cabins with access to tons of outdoor activities just out the back door. The Cabins are nestled around a patch of Bamboo and other high desert vegetation which bring in many Birds to the property. Very near is the Verde River which offers endless exploration and water fun! The road to reach us is breathtaking in itself with ancient Sinaguan Ruins and strangely beautifully sculpted landscapes along the River drive. Enjoy countless miles of forests, rivers, lakes, swimming, hiking, mtb, all near by and all while being comfy and cozy for a nights recharge to do it all again after a hot shower. Each Cabin is fully equipt (hot water/appliances/kitchen/bathroom) as a BnB/Adventure base during your stay providing a comfortable, cozy and unique location for couples or small groups/families to enjoy while adventuring and creating positive memories in the area. We provide various suggestions on local activities for our guests to enjoy as well as helpful tips to get the most out of your time in this stunning area!

LOCATION:
The Verde River is a few minutes away, Sycamore Canyon offers a world of undisturbed sites and amazing swimming holes without the crowds to check out as well as a list of other local spots to explore. Sedona and the Vibrant town of Cottonwood Arizona are both in close proximity with many out and indoor activities to offer. If you prefer, just hang out on the property and enjoy the wood heated Jacuzzi under the stars. We also like to stoke the wood heated "Sauna" after a long day out exploring (spa/sauna seasonal). If you are feeling like a fun trip you can also drive by dirt road through the high desert Red Lands and beautiful scenery to Sedona all on the back roads without touching pavement one time from the VRV.

**It should be noted that our neighbors own and operate a Nonprof Dog Rescue and Rehabilitation center and are doing some really amazing things for the community and animals, however they are occasionally "free range" and very happy Doggos (which is pretty epic to see). They may bark sometimes so we like to let our guests know encase it's not a good fit**

HOST: An avid outdoors lover who's family has been in the area for several generations, global traveler and professional Adventure Guide for outfits like REI/Nat Geo/and other expedition companies with knowledge of local areas and other sights around the Southwest to explore like Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Canyon Lands, and Northern AZ as well as owning and operating an adventure Vortex Lodge located on the sunny Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica.
