Donna ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Ein wundervoller Platz mitten in der Natur.
Für die Anfahrt sollte man etwas Zeit einplanen, aber es lohnt sich!

If you like being alone and surrounded by nature, you will love this place! Definitely off the beaten path as is evidenced by the rough dirt roads (easily cleared by low profile cars), but it’s a beautiful drive through the valley. Incredible sunset and sunrise with plenty of opportunities to hike. Donna met me at the gate and took me out to my campsite.

Donna absolutely welcomed us on to her personal land. She described areas to hike and placing to see. Her pups were a joy to see and very friendly. We plan to make another trip in the future to see her lovely property. Very close to Kingman and the Colorado River in Bullhead.

Easy drive to the ranch. Donna(amazing lady) came to open the gate and lead us to the campsite on her land. She explained everything except you’ll need to ask the spirits for permission to stay on their grounds.

Stayed the weekend at Donna's ranch and loved it. She is so nice and accommodating. Beautiful sunsets and a beautiful location. Be sure to get her firewood bundles as they make the evenings even better.

What a wonderful spot just outside Kingman! Donna was wonderful and flexible and the property and the night sky was gorgeous. Highly recommend, would love to stay a few days in the future!

i loved sleeping out under the stars at donna’s, and searching for quartz in the morning. 10/10 recommends, and would sleep here again if im ever in the area.

Well worth travelling down the dirt track to meet our lovely host Donna & her adorable companion, Jelly Bean! Loved every minute chatting to her and loved our purchased eggs on toast the following morning watching the sunrise! Thank you for having us!

We arrived at night and Donna met us the gate to guide us in. It was a beautiful spot on a property that is well off the beaten path. We would love to camp there again when we have more time as we were just passing through. Great option for camping near Kingman!

A great secluded and peaceful site. Donna was a great host and she has a lot of land for you to wander around and look for arrowheads and cool looking rocks as well!

This is our second stay on Donna's land with our pop up camper. It's so beautiful and quiet, and Donna is a great host. She provided us some excellent firewood and a friendly welcome. And her dogs are all very cute.

This is the PERFECT place to go if you want to be nestled in the mountains, feel safe, beautiful views, Boondocking, and an AMAZING hostess! We will be back and will be spreading the word. I did not even know this beautiful area existed. So PERFECT! We rang in the New Year hiking and looking for quartz and turquoise, it was beautiful! Thank you Donna ❤️

Arrived later than we anticipated with a tire going flat! Donna was an outstanding host offering tools to change the tire and a jack! Not only that! She had an air compressor available to top off the spare. She really saved us and rose above what I would have expected from a host.

The site is extremely remote. It would be a great site for tents or small camper / vans. I would not bring a Class A or Class C RV there. Hackberry Road which leads to the site has many miles of rippled gravel that will shake the hell out of your axles and steering, even doing 20-25 mph. We made the mistake of bringing a Class A there, and while Donna is both a wonderful and gracious host, our RV took a beating. If you want to be off the grid for some star gazing, it definitely checks the box.

It's important to connect with Donna (property owner) prior to getting to the property. The sites are unmarked so it's not so easy to find your spot. She can meet you and guide you. Best for fully self-contained camping. The place has NO facilities (no water, no toilet, no shower). The AMAZING star gazing makes up for it 10 folds! This was heaven on earth for us and our dog.

Wow what a great spot! It was super quiet and peaceful. I spent the night stoking a fire with a clear dark sky full of skies. Donna was also a fantastic host giving me clear directions and greeting me on arrival along with her friendly doggos.

Pristine desert camping! Wonderful welcoming host and then the peace that passeth understanding. We have a small van/camper and the roads and site were fine for us. You are off the pavement for about 8 miles but the drive is mostly flat.

We really enjoyed our time a this Hipcamp. Donna was welcoming and informative. She greeted us at the gate with her two pups who were also both welcoming. JT (one of her pups) stopped by to visit us the next morning which we all enjoyed; she met us at the camp and join us for a short hike in the wash area. Beautiful views 💕 Whenever we are the area, this is the place we will be booking!
