Located just a few minutes from nearby Lake Havasu City, Desert's Edge is set on a one-acre parcel within the Mohave County community of Crystal Beach. The property has been graded and developed specifically with the RV campsites in mind. There is about 1/2 acre dedicated to the camping area, making Desert's Edge an excellent location for a private group gathering, or just one big campsite all to yourself. Learn more about this land: You're a couple of minutes from the Castle Rock Bay kayak launch and the beautiful backwaters of the Colorado River. You're just a few steps from the Havasu National Wildlife Refuge where you can enjoy hiking and sightseeing amongst the wild burros that call this place home. Guests will have immediate access to the Arizona Peace Trail and surrounding sand dunes for unlimited off-road fun. Relax in the country setting with horses as your closest neighbors. Wake to the sounds of roosters crowing along with a multitude of desert-dwelling birds. The night skies are perfect for stargazing as you sit beside the campfire. Desert's edge has a primary site reserved for a single RV, plus an adjacent second site that can be reserved when groups of family or friends with two RV's wish to camp side by side and share in the fun!Camspite details: The campsite at Desert's Edge is about a half-acre in size. If you're traveling along with friends or family in a second RV, there is an adjacent (guest) site that allows you plenty of room to camp side by side and share in the fun together. HipCamp allows only one reservable campsite per acre so the guest site is available only to you during your stay for $50/night and payable thru Venmo or Zelle upon your arrival. *Attention snowbirds and traveling nurses: Desert's Edge can now be reserved for discounted long-term stays 29 days or longer. Contact your host for further details. The fun stuff: You're just minutes from the Castle Rock Bay kayak/paddleboard launch area amid the beautiful backwaters of the Colorado River and the Havasu National Wildlife Refuge where you can also enjoy hiking, sightseeing, and rock-hounding in an absolutely spectacular desert surrounding! There are a few options available for parking your rig. Upon arrival we can decide the most convenient method dependent on the size of your set up. Pull through is an option if your rig isn't too big.

Electrical hookup available
50 amps. If you select the second site as part of your group, there is one power panel shared by the two adjacent sites, with one each 50 amp and 30 amp outlet available. You will need to coordinate with your group as to your individual requirements.

On-site hookup. Desert's Edge is served by an on-site well and the water at each site is not potable. Bring your own drinking water.
Sewage hookup available
On-site hookup. Desert's Edge is served by a septic system with a sewage hookup available at each site. Please use biodegradable detergents (no phosphates) for dishes and laundry. Please no “flushable” wipes as they are not compatible with septic systems.
No TV hookup

Campfires allowed
Firepit, private. Please be sure to have an adult in attendance any time you're enjoying a campfire. The wind can come up quickly and we have to be sure that in such an event all fires are extinguished with water (cool to the touch afterwards). Bundles of firewood are available for purchase at nearby stores.
Pets allowed
On leash. Please pick up after your buddy (bag it please!) and place in trash bin (provided).
No toilet; campers must bring camp toilets
Bins available
Recycling bin, trash bin. There are two containers near the shed. Please use one to deposit recyclables (bottles and cans only please) and the other for bagged trash only.
Picnic table present
One picnic table and fire pit available for use. Please do not move the picnic table.
No potable water
Bring your own water. Non-potable water with high mineral content available at each site. It is fine for any use other than drinking.
