What an amazing opportunity to be lost in the grasslands of Wyoming, with not a soul insight other than horses, prairie dogs, antelope and deer. Hiked up the hill in the morning and surprised two doe and two bucks who stared at me from fifteen feet until they hopped off. Water and electricity as advertised with nice flat spot for camper. A short ride into Sheridan which has a wonderful Main Street, and looking out at the Big Horn Mts as the sun sets. Couldn’t ask for more. Host very responsive to any questions!

It was such a delight to take a very last minute reprieve in such a beautiful, bucolic place. My cat, Jiji, and I enjoyed the nature sounds and the relaxing chug of the train (we normally live in the city!). Lisa and Nate were very nice.

Such a cute place! Lisa put a lot of love and effort into it. The shower and bathroom is new and just a short walk 30 sec walk from the cabin. The sounds of cows and nature was really beautiful at night. There is a train that runs several times in the night, earplugs might be helpful for those that are not used to trains. I only stayed one night but Lisa was very accommodating.

Weekend Trip to Brackettry Ranch

Wow. The views. The peace. The privacy. I loved this place! I was on a road trip with my little dog and wanted a place to camp for the night -- someplace away from the bustle of noisy and packed campgrounds. This place was just what I was looking for. Situated on a hillside and looking down into a valley with the Rockies standing in their glory off in the distance. The views were amazing! I took it all in as I ate dinner while the sun set, my dog wandered, and the prairie dogs chirped around us! When I got up the next morning, a bald eagle flew above as the prairie dogs and a deer watched us pack up. On the way out, a couple more deer bounced up the hill. I'd definitely stay here again! Note: Follow the directions the host sends you. Google Maps/GPS will likely send you to the neighbor's driveway.

We enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s! Quaint little cabin at the corner of their property, everything seemed very private like you had your own space, including a private bathroom that had its own entrance. Perfect place to camp and hike during the day - 20 minutes away from Tongue River Canyon trail which is one of the most beautiful hikes I’ve ever done!

Beautiful private spot right on a peaceful creek and surrounded by farm land. Easy access to the northern Bighorn mountains and Chad was so gracious and accommodating - he even took the time to look over some maps of the wilderness and show me some beautiful areas to hike and camp. Wonderful experience!
