Our family loved this cabin! It had all the amenities you would want and then some. Hosts were helpful and responsive. The location was quiet and beautiful. We will definitely be back next summer. This place is now one of our family favorites!

Deer Haven is a WONDERFUL property! Brent literally has just about everything you will need during your stay in the cabin. It is secluded, peaceful and clean! Every morning you walk outside to a picture perfect view. We caught and released some bass, bluegill and more out of the pond, the trails around the property have a clear path to walk through and the hot tub was very clean and relaxing. We throughly enjoyed our time here and we are already planning our next stay at Deer Haven!
A huge thank you to Brent and his cleaning crew for everything! We can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I were looking for a secluded getaway with a hut tub. This place was perfect. Totally private . The hot tub was perfect. The home was cozy. The shower was wonderful. Everything was exactly as described. Super easy check in. Wood on site. The hot tub was hot when we are arrived. We really appreciated that after a heard days work.

The cabin was perfect for us. In between hikes we would soak in the hot tub, then jump in the natural pool. I loved just hanging out in the pool and watching the frogs. During the day butterflies and at night fire flies. Thoughtfully well equipped. Truly a magical time, we will be back.

I liked that it was secluded. The driveway was very tricky to get up to the cabin I assume because it had done quite a bit of raining but also already knew this ahead of time. Suv wouldn't have any problems! Hot tub was great! The pool pond was cool and different from other places. Quaint little place 😊

My fiance and I loved everything about our stay! The cabin is well stocked and clean. The hot tub and natural pool are clean and relaxing. The only thing to be cautious about is the brick wall in the pool- it can be difficult to see at times, so I’d be careful with children around. No complaints here! We will definitely be staying here again :)

We had the best time at Esther’s camp! It had everything you needed and more. We loved the pond and hot tub.
There was a problem with the hot tub before we arrived and Esther was quick to let us know and offered reimbursement. Much appreciated ☺️
The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner kept it nice and cool.
It was so quiet and peaceful sitting around the fire at night listening to the sounds of nature.
We will definitely be back if ever in Ohio again.

The drive up to the cabin was a bit tricky. I was a little worried the first time up the hill in the car. But let me tell you, once we were up the hill, it was our little place of solitude for the week.
The pond was my daughter’s favorite! So many frog and toad sounds at night. So fun.
Fire pit and hot tub were also a huge bonus.
The bed was very nice, we didn’t attempt to raise it at all; we just left it for our trip but it was the perfect little cabin for us.
Esther was extremely attentive with anything I needed during our stay or any questions I had. Brent even surprised us with some fire wood one day. They were very thoughtful! We would absolutely stay again!

We took a mother/daughter trip for our stay. We had the most amazing time! The pond for swimming is perfect with the deck to hang out and cool off during the hot day. At night we got in the hot tub and had a nice fire for s'more. The cabin was cozy and perfect for the 4 of us. They provided so many extra items like camping chairs, towels fire starters, bug spray, sunblock, and many more things. The drive way was a little crazy getting up in my mini van but with a running start it was fine. We was laughing so much about the adventure of getting up it. I would definitely want to drive my truck with 4 wheel drive in the winter to get to it.
We are planning our next trip already to go back. We will also be taking our kids there for a weekend adventure.

Esther’s land was beautiful and super peaceful. Hot tub and pond was great and the cabin was fully stocked with everything we need. There was a weird noise that sounded like a knock, but I inspected and nobody was there. Unsure about it but I read a couple other reviews that said the same thing. Still, it didn’t detract from the awesome time me and my wife had!! Esther was super sweet to refund us a night as well because we decided to head home early.
10/10 we will definitely stay again.
