Spotted on the farm is an amazing abundance of wildlife including wild turkeys, white tailed deer, pileated woodpeckers, bobcats, coyotes, foxes, bear, and red tailed hawks.

Joe had been accumulating land in the Genoa, West Virginia, area for several years and had dreamed of building cabins, tree houses and uniquely designed vacation rentals and campsites on a beautiful area called Hampton Ridge.
