The site we stayed at was fabulous. It had a great view of the farm and the meadows yet it also had a nice view of the trees /woods that surrounded the area. There was a lot of activity yet it was also peaceful and serene. The goats and al pacas were fun to watch from our camp spot. Nice walks to go on. It is a dry camping but they have potable water if you need it (we did not as we brought our own) and they have porta potties as well. There's a lot to do here or just relax and rejuvenate. We had a great time and we will be back

1 night at Hidden Acres Orchards

I camped in my car. So easy to find a spot away from others. Brought my dog and he loved walking around the farm on a leash. Amazing hand pies and homemade apple sauce from the shop! The views were amazing and it was very peaceful. I would love to come back and stay again one day!

2 nights at Willow Creek Retreat

So much to like about Rachael's enchanting land starting with the host, herself. She welcomed us at the site with a smile and a conversation that made us feel at home. Then the site! Beside a creek that sang a relaxing song with flowers all around. Horses and cattle grazed nearby. While some might hate this, I loved the sounds of the train at night and during the day, the aircraft from the nearby airforce base. The base even played wake-up and goodnight music. I think it was Revelry and Taps, but I think it also changed. The one thing I worried about - the port-a-potty - was pristine. Added touches of an outdoor shower and jars of water to wash our hands made the whole stay feel special. I have only two issues about the stay, and they are both expected and mine. Because of the water, the site was loaded with mosquitoes and those beautiful flowers triggered one of the worst allergy attacks I've had in a long time. See, this is on me, not the host. My husband and I love this place so much, I'm sure we'll be back - with better allergy and bug protection.

Such a nice little treasure! I wish the fruit trees had been in season, but we came in the springtime. We had our camper van and a tent. It was a great spot to set up camp. The kids enjoyed the baby pigs, chickens and goats! We felt safe and enjoyed ourselves. We will stay again if we ever head this way!

I absolutely would recommend staying at the Boondocks! Barbara was so sweet and kind. Upon arriving I was informed I had reserved a site with no hookups. Barbara offered me to move to spot w hookups but there was a non running vehicle in the rv spot. So in order for me to move to that spot Barbara had to tow vehicle out and few other things so that my rv wb in a spot w hookups. Her and her family went out of their way for me and I could not have thanked her enough. On top of thst she also let me borrow her water hose w filter i ended up using for my entire stay...cpl weeks. Barbara and her family are the best. I will definitely refer people and I would absolutely stay again. Property is gorgeous and peaceful!! Thank you for everything!

We had the pleasure of staying at this campground, and it was absolutely wonderful. The location is stunning—so peaceful and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect spot to unwind and relax. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Rachel, who was incredibly friendly and helpful during our visit. It's always great to meet someone who clearly loves their job and genuinely cares about guests' experiences. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene escape in nature!

The camp spot was shady and cool, and had a level spot for my RV. The adjacent Creek, although very small, was picturesque. Spaces were far enough apart to allow adequate privacy. The area was quiet.

I'm a 3rd generation farmer, working the same land as my father and grandfather. Hidden Acres Orchards is a 60 acre, u-pick fruit, vegetable, and flower farm. Camp within the luscious fruit tree rows, in the middle of a vibrant pumpkin patch or even in the petting zoo! Animals welcome! IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW: We are a real working farm, not like a romanticized IG version of a farm. There are tractors running, sprayers making applications, farm animals loudly enjoying life, day customers picking fruit, and farmers about early in the morning. With that being said, we understand that experience may not be to everyone's liking. Be aware that if you do decide to camp here be ready for a real farm adventure! Another little tidbit: to grow food, we try to maximize the amount of sun it receives- SHADE IS VERY LIMITED. ALL CAMPSITES ARE U-PICK, there are no designated spots. Let your creativity shine and choose as dope a spot as you like! If you're scared of driving off a paved road or frightened by the natural world we suggest glamping at another lovely Green Bluff location. Starting SEPTEMBER 23RD until OCTOBER 31ST every weekday we host hundreds of school kids on the farm. They start arriving around 9:00 am. If the sound of children's laughter drives you absolutely insane, you might think twice about booking a stay with us in the fall. Winter camping is available, please note we typically receive a lot of snow. Early spring is the extreme mud season, please be cautious of our soft ground and stick to the roads. July-August can get very dry some years, which means the grass goes dormant and dust starts to fly. Farm=Dirt MAX STAY IS 14 DAYS. No Side by Sides (UTV's), dirt bikes, or ATV's allowed to be rallied on the property. We can suggest close spots to rally. Bookings must be done though this site, we do not take payment for stays at the farm. Need to store a camp trailer for a short period of time? Contact us for storage price. The drive/road is shared so all vehicles (2 max) must be pulled off the road and into the designated area. The Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes bike trail is just on the other side of the river and trail access (and pit toilets) is less than 2 minutes away. Gas, ice and the famous Snake Pit restaurant are near Exit 43 off I-90, 5 miles up the road.
