With new owners and new upgrades to the park we felt it fitting to rename the park after the creek that flows to the north of the property, hence Goose Creek RV Park & Campground. Nestled in the rolling hills of wheat country, Goose Creek RV Park takes pride in its 5 acres of mature trees and landscape patio sites and cozy cabin rentals. Located on the east side in the town of Wilbur and walking distance to shopping and eateries. Swimming, golfing and pickle ball courts are all just minutes away. Come relax and unwind you will experience quite starry nights and wildlife that roams the park. Other attractions for summertime fun are Lake Roosevelt and Grand Coulee Dam, hiking and kayaking ion and around other smaller lakes in the area! There are four (4) - 50 amp and water hook ups on the eastside of our property. One spot has a furnished old trailer sleeps 4. One spot occasionally has a class A on it and it sleeps one couple. The spots are graveled with partial view of the lake. The owners have a private residence on the location and guests are welcome to use the lakefront property. Engevik Point has a dock and water entrance. Guests are welcome to use the grassy area closest to the lake. There are amazing sunsets to watch and wildlife to see. Kayaks are available to rent as extras if the owners are on the property.

Property has gravel and hardpan dirt to put an RV/trailer or tent to view and access the desert, and see the beautiful sunrise and sunset as well as the starry night sky without lights or trees interfering. The property backs up to Dept of Natural Resources Land, which is accessible by hiking in only (no motor vehicles or ATVs). There is a trail on property and many miles of gravel roads available for biking. Indoor bathroom inside our home is available as needed. Well Water available by hose to fill containers or tanks as needed. Mountain bikes recommended (no motor bikes/ATVs allowed). Campfires are not allowed. There are many lakes for fishing within driving distance. This is desert land, so it has natural desert animals, such as rattlesnakes and coyotes. Please be aware and be prepared. Dogs need to be watched or on leash at all times.

I loved tent camping here. Great little place for somebody like myself who was just passing through. The bathhouse was extremely clean and that’s what stood out to me the most. Host was very accommodating to my arrival, definitely plan on using this campsite if I’m ever passing through again.

1 night at Goose Creek RV Park & Cabin Rentals

This is one of the rare places that is BETTER than the pictures! More like a nice hotel suite with a kitchen. Comfy extra wide bunks for my two teenagers and a private bedroom for us. So many thoughtful little touches—cool lamps, toiletries, and you don’t have to go outside for the immaculate bathroom. It’s in an RV/bunkhouse resort, so you walk or drive a bit to recreation. We were there to see the Grand Coulee—spectacular free night light show at the Dam and the turbine tour in the morning. (Free.) I include the picture of the view from the back bedroom because, while it may not be everyone’s cup of tea, it’s very much mine. I was there to show my kids the immense scale of inland industrial infrastructure. There were decoupling trains in the early morning and my 17 year old and I watched the engines—and the deer—and talked about what it took to build American civilization, from the silos to the trains to the dams. It turned philosophical. Absolutely loved it and will be back.
