Two patios with Adirondack chairs, tables and chairs, lounges, picnic table, herb garden, grill with all supplies, fire pit (except during burn ban). Please remember that amenities are for MAXIMUM 4 REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. That means anywhere on the property any time of day. No pets, parties, or smoking of any kind! There are security cameras outside, which may not be altered in any way. If house rules are broken, you will be required to leave the premises without refund. Registering guest must have prior positive reviews, be 25+ years old, and be in attendance. Please review the cancellation policy before booking. We do not accept children under 5 years old. Children must have adult supervision on the deck due to the hot tub. Please cover the hot tub, turn off fire table, and turn off the outside heaters, TV, and music when not in use.
