“The Lazy C; Where Doing Nothing is OK" is a rustic but modern private home located on 20 beautiful acres near Wauconda, WA. Nestled between Tonasket and Republic, we welcome visitors to our beautiful and well appointed mini RV Park. We have two 50 amp full hook up sites as well as a third site that welcomes tent campers too. The third site has 30 amps and water, with sewer available as an "Extra" for RVs that want a full hookup. It also has our "Soon to be famous" Beach Outhouse. We love the area and are eager to share the hidden gems that abound here. We will be happy to recommend the finest day drives in the region as well as other adventure advice for our area.
The Lazy C does not have cell service. The closest cell service can be obtained 20 miles away in either the town of Tonasket or Republic.
That said, wi-fi calling on most cell phones work just fine.

Super sweet couple; and the land/view is amazing. I misunderstood the RV site situation and kinda booked the wrong one but they were accomading and helped fix it. The property is so peaceful and we even walked down the road to see the cows and sunset. We would love to come back with a group since they have spots all backed up to another and you could have a nice community fire. 💛 thank you for a wonderful stay!

I really enjoyed spending the night here. The spot is packed gravel and flat. I had the place to myself so it was quiet and dark. And they offer wi-fi! I would have stayed another night if my rig was setup to handle staying in one place during the heat wave. But I’ll definitely stay again if I’m in the area. Thanks Bryan and Colleen!

The Lazy C campground was a spectacular way to end our family roadtrip. The space is clean and well kept up. Site #3 has water and electric hookups (sewer is optional for extra charge). The water line appears to run from site #2 so make sure the valve is open over there. I didn't understand why our water wasn't on until I figured that out. Beautiful views of the area and the outhouse is very clean. Pretty good wifi was available at our site.

How amazing to wake up and breathe in the tranquil morning air in this country setting! Meeting Bryan and Colleen was like reuniting with old friends; they were SO personable and welcoming. They’ve worked hard to provide all the amenities a Hipcamper could possibly want, even “arranging” visits from deer and an owl! During our entire stay, it was so quiet, not even an airplane heard overhead! Thank you Bryan and Colleen for sharing your little piece of paradise.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Lazy C Campground! From the moment we arrived, Bryan and Colleen went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality was warm and genuine, and they generously offered us a beautiful RV spot which made our trip feel even more special.
The location is perfect—right off Highway 20 with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a hidden gem. We were constantly surrounded by nature, with plenty of deer wandering through the area, and an owl, which added such a magical touch to our morning and evening.
Our site was spacious, clean, and had full hookups, which made settling in super convenient. We loved gathering around the shared fire pit—it was a great way to unwind. The on-site bathroom was well-maintained and easily accessible, and to top it all off, the WiFi signal was strong and reliable—a rare and much-appreciated bonus for a campground!
Lazy C offered the perfect mix of comfort, natural beauty, and small-town hospitality. Whether you’re just passing through or planning a longer stay, I can’t recommend this place enough. The only complaint we had is that we couldn’t stay longer. But we’ll be back!! Thank you, Bryan and Colleen, for making our time at Lazy C so memorable—we’ll definitely be back!

We had been recommended to check this site out on Hipcamp by a family member. His exceptional review was spot on. First and foremost, Bryan and Colleen are wonderful hosts. The property is very well maintained. and the three sites are all level with full hook ups with complimentary firewood as well (if no burn restrictions) Each site has its own fire ring and a picnic table. The hosts have constructed a structure that holds a compost toilet, but to call it an outhouse would be blasphemy. I'll say no more as you must experience it to appreciate it. We planned on staying one night on our way home but booked two additional nights because of the wonderful setting and quiet. I personally like to camp in a location on or very near water to pursue my flyfishing addiction and there seems to be at least flyfishing opportunity in the area to research. Now if the Lazy C only had a piece of water holding fish to catch and release, I might ask the hosts if they would consider adopting me! Oh, and my wife also...... sorry honey. Bill S.

We loved our stay at Lazy C!! The 3 camping sites were well spaced out to offer as much or more privacy than most state park campgrounds/rv parks. My girlfriend loved the bathroom setup as the interior was Florida beach themed and smelled like vanilla. our two dogs loved the amount of space we had at site 3. Bryan and Colleen were so welcoming and stopped by to say hi and make sure everything was going well with our stay. The only noises we heard during our stay was the sounds of nature. We will definitely be returning to Lazy C for future stays!!

What an absolute gem of a campground, only 3 sites, all amenities, beautifully landscaped. One mile country road walk to tiny Wauconda Cemetery. Didn’t even need to level the rig. Easy access, well thought out. Hosts are wonderful and accommodating. Few options in this region and surprised to find possibly the most peaceful camp ground I’ve ever seen.

Site 3 was perfect if you are camping with a small group or by yourself. Sites 1 and 2 are in a U with one fire pit so essentially shared. Site 3 had its own fire pit and it wa eclipse to the outhouse. They had firewood at the site for use to use which was a huge bonus.

Looking to literally get away from the city? This is THE place. 3 roomy, graded, full hook up RV spots (50/30 amp power, water, septic connection, great WiFi). The view and grounds are incredible. Bryan and Colleen are excellent hosts. If you’re looking for a great camping experience away from it all, this is the place. Please don’t tell your friends - lol. I want to keep coming back here.
