We can't wait for you to experience this tiny house in the woods. Check back weekly to see our progress photos! We call this a treehouse but it's technically supported by posts (nicer to the trees). There is a fullsize high end queen memory foam bed on the upper floor. Yes, this is a 2 story treehouse! On the second floor there is also a children's sleeping loft which overlooks the rest of the bedroom. This loft is suitable for a small child or 2 but headroom is only a few feet. We found it also requires some youthfull agility to get up there.
A beautiful knotty alder slidding barn door leads from the bedroom to a private bathroom with pedestal sink and odorless composting toilet.
There is a small kitchen with a coffee maker, mini fridge, induction cooktop, mini crockpot, and enough dishes and glasses to enjoy a simple meal or drink. Water pressure in the kitchen and throughout is good!
There is a soaking tub on the main floor near the fireplace and TV with free Netflix. This luxury tub is sure to be a favorite amongst guests. I designed a non traditional floor plan knowing that this would be used primarily as a couples retreat. You can literally be soaking in the tub and watching TV by the fire while your significant other is preparing a meal in the kitchen all in the same space. We find the layout very romantic and unlike anything else out there.
There is also a large hot tub avalible for our guests near the main house. You are welcome to use this hot tub anytime if you don't mind it being by the main home.
Free Wifi. No cable TV but we supply Netflix on the hi-speed guest network. Guests will have free parking in our large circular driveway suitable for cars, trucks, or even RVs under 31ft.

This was a great visit.
I ended up with the entire site to myself (cause frankly who is camping for thanksgiving)
My whole family lives in other states, I’m here alone with my two pets.
It’s weird being alone for holidays so I booked this to get away from the city and really just enjoy my time alone.
The moss covered trees, the swing, the treehouse itself, was such a pleasant experience. So quiet and peaceful.
The hosts were easy to reach via text and even checked in on me mid stay.
10/10 would recommend

Weekend Trip to Samara Farm Treehouses
Staying here felt like stepping straight into a fairytale! A short walk from the parking area instantly transports you into a peaceful forest oasis, surrounded by trees, soft lights, and the sound of nature. The treehouses themselves were cozy, beautifully built, and surprisingly warm — we visited during the first cold spell of the season, and the heaters kept us perfectly comfortable all weekend.
The bathrooms and showers were spotless, and you can tell the hosts take great care of the property. The grounds are beautiful to explore, with little touches everywhere that make it feel whimsical and cared for. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape, a quiet solo retreat, or simply want to cross “stay in a treehouse” off your bucket list, this is the perfect place to do it. Can’t recommend it enough! 🌲✨

It's a fun tree house which is perfect for a family of 4. Our kids loved playing board games, watching TV, etc. The host was super generous and even provided homemade cookies. The bathroom situation is quite interesting with an emergency solution inside the tree house and the primary toilet in a portapotty a few steps away from the tree house.

This was definitely the coolest place I’ve ever stayed in! The treehouse is adorable and waking up to a big window facing a beautiful forest was such a great experience! The Treehouse was AWESOME. It’s clean and comfy, with everything we needed for a home base for a couple of days spent exploring North Cascades. The property is amazing… definitely don’t skip walking down to the river. We spent time there fishing and relaxing, as well as a night sitting in the gazebo with the propane fire-pit and some drinks.
Jeremy was an amazing host— super responsive and helpful, and there to help you enjoy the property. I can’t say enough good things about the property and the treehouse.

I had such a wonderful stay at Jeremy’s treehouse! It was beautifully designed, spotless, and had everything I needed, such as TV, kitchenware, and a super comfortable bed. The outdoor shower with hot water was perfect after swimming. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Skagit River, where there’s a gazebo and picnic table, a great spot to bring lunch and relax by the water. Jeremy was very friendly and shared helpful info beforehand, which made the stay even better. I’d love to come back again!

This hipcamp is in a beautiful location surrounded by woods. The treehouses are artfully made and are fairly spacious inside as well. There are also restrooms right nearby. I used the tree house for a music video project and we had so much fun. Emily and Miles were welcoming and responsive hosts. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Wow! What an amazing find. This unique and peaceful treehouse next to a stream was the perfect finisher after a weeklong backpacking trip in the Cascades. The outdoor shower was the chef’s kiss and the kitchenette well appointed. All the details were carefully considered and provided. The walk to the riverside beach so lovely. We loved staying here in the tree house!
It was better than expected! The first level had tables and chairs and we loved hanging here above in the trees! The field driving in was covered with sunflowers and wild flowers and it was so so beautiful. We went hiking in mount baker so this was a great location to stay and it was very peaceful. We will be back again for sure!
