In the town of Wakefield you’ll find gas stations, dollar stores, a Value food market and if you want (to go) food we have that also. Plus it’s home to The Virginia Diner. Amenities include toilet access, a shower, trash disposal, picnic tables, and potable water. Pets are allowed, as are campfires.

There is also ample space for setting up a tent outside of the tiny house and some campers have even managed to pull a small 8x10 trailer into the campsite.  Take advantage of access to a private fire pit during your stay. There is also a stove in the cabin to keep you warm. The tiny home was so well equipped and cozy. Clinton was communicative and kind, and even cranked up the generator when we arrived later than intended after a hike. The directions were clear and helpful upon arrival and we had a really special time. Really enjoyed our weekend here! The campsite was spacious, private, and quiet, so you feel secluded even though you’re only about a 10-min drive to amenities, including a good grocery option. The tiny cabin is extremely clean/well cared for. We didn’t end up using it much as we set up tents to sleep in, but it was great for storing food and having a back-up bed option. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time camping in the Enchanted Hidden Cabin! The view was absolutely fantastic, and the cabin itself was perfectly clean. Moon and Julie are such wonderful hosts. So pleasant, kind, and clear with all their instructions. My dog had the best time running around the large field and playing happily with their lovely dogs named Ava and Ruby. My whole family had a fantastic experience. The Gnome Trail was just the cutest! We’re already sure we’ll be coming back!

First, the hosts were so warm and welcoming. The place is adorable with everything we needed to have a comfortable and quiet long weekend. Melvin even helped is get the grill rolling, and showed my husband how to roast peanuts. He sent a box home with is from his farm so we can try it ourselves. Very cute tiny home on a secluded home. There is no running water or bathroom so you need to bring supplies, but it was perfect for what I needed. I like that it was screened in and I had no issue with any bugs. The owners property is in front of the tiny home but the property is very peaceful.

A great place for clearing the mind and reconnecting with nature, someone you love, or even yourself.  About the property Home to two natural springs as well as plenty of surrounding woods for nature hikes, foraging, or light mountain biking, our property is within striking distance of Monticello, Rivanna River, James River, Shenandoah National Park, Charlottesville, Blue Ridge Parkway, Pleasant Grove Park, and more. The nearest towns are Charlottesville, Scottsville, and Palmyra.  Within 5 miles, enjoy amazing canoeing, hiking, fishing, and disc golf.  Hosts will greet campers and are generally around to address any issues or questions, but the site is totally private, so you’ll enjoy plenty of seclusion during your visit.  About the listing The tiny house has three twin sized beds; one on the main level and the other two lofted above the main floor on opposite sides and accessed by a ladder. There is also ample space for setting up a tent outside of the tiny house and some campers have even managed to pull a small 8x10 trailer into the campsite.  Take advantage of access to a private fire pit during your stay. There is also a stove in the cabin to keep you warm. The outhouse features a pit toilet.  Additional details to note Early check-in or late checkout can be managed on a case by case note, depending on whether or not the campsite has other reservations. Pets are allowed. The property is a working farm, so please respect the animals and those who are working and be sure to close the gate behind you if you opened it.  There is no kitchen in the tiny home, but some minimal and random cookware is provided, along with a small camping stove, if you would like to bring your own camping stoves.  Running water is not available in the cabin. The Host will provide five gallons of water for you and can always refill up at the farm, but feel free to bring additional water with you as well.  There is no WiFi, but there is good cell service for all carriers.

I live on the land where there is 3 acers and some woods to burn fire also a nice big swimming pool and goats and chickens to pet and feed. A small, shed cottage turned into a room with a full-sized bed and mini fridge with a microwave, toaster, and coffee machine, a table with chairs to eat at. Ac for the summer and a heater for the cooler days. I am still adding on and bringing new things to the cottage. I will have complimentary drinks and snacks on your arrival. Portions of the historic Three Chopt Trail, a Native American trail, run through a large portion of the county. The trail was marked by three hatchet chops in trees to show the way. The modern-day U.S. Route 250 roughly follows this route from Richmond to Charlottesville. Learn more about this land: In the heartland of Goochland where you can see deer from far and wide. Come pitch a tent in this gorgeous three acres of lush green Forestry surrounded and nature. Start your day listening to birds chirping, with the smell of fresh Virginia Air. I have a goats and chickens you can walk up and see. Along the woods are blackberries in the months of June and July your more than welcome to pick. There's also a park down the road 8 mins called Leakes Mill Park it's 176 acres for bike trails with a playground and soccer field.
