Learn more about this land:This is a working cattle farm, so there are beef cattle, horses, dogs, and a few humans that live here. You can choose between camping with mountain, creek, pond, or farm views. Dirt roads throughout the farm for hiking, a pond for fishing, and a creek for playing in. We have abundant fauna and flora here to watch and identify. We are close to Cumberland National Historical Park which offers more hiking and tours through Cudjo's Cave (Gap Cave).

You can camp on flat, open spots around the cabin or set up camp in the woods, if you prefer.  20 minute drive to Wilderness Road State Park; 25 minutes to Cumberland Gap National Park; 5 minutes to the Powell River. Plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures. Fantastic Amish market called The Dutch Treat is a 10 min drive. Beautiful country mountain twisting roads, fun for motorcycles.

Howling wolf hollow

Learn more about this land:Howling wolf hollow is approx 50 Forested acres.  You will park in front of an old barn. Next to the barn is an old road going into the property that meanders alongside a small creek. You may camp in front of the barn in your car, truck, camper or tent. You may also walk in or use an ATv to access the interior of the property where you will find several rustic campsites and 1 partially developed campsite.The property is a hollow surrounded by easily climbed mountains. A small steam meanders through the property with several springs nestled deeper into the property. Wildlife abounds featuring deer, turkey, bird watching etc. Enjoy your day in total peace and quiet hiking and exploring or use it as a base camp to explore the area. The local area boasts waterfalls, fishing, hunting, paddling, and boating, a short 15-30 minutes drive and you can explore Kingsport, sneedville, and big stone gap. 1.5 hours will get you to the Smokey mountains, pigeon forge,  cataloccee.

Swinging Bridge

Swinging Bridge is 69 acres of beautiful land that fronts almost a mile of an amazing stretch of the Clinch River. This river is great for kayaking and canoeing and fishing. Learn more about this land:There is a swinging bridge crossing the river, a mile of river frontage that you can camp along the river, you can ride four wheelers. I will be putting up cabins with stalls for horses later.
