Our location means unmatched tranquility. As such, the staff is contactable by phone if you need assistance but it is not required. Check-ins can be done remotely over the phone. Our facilities are undergoing projects all the time. We are open year round, but not all facilities are open in the winter season. Yes you are allowed to have two pets with you, although they may not be aggressive. See policies for more information. -Do you have a ten-year rule? No, but we do expect all vehicles to be well-maintained and management has the right to turn away any RV. -Is there a fee for cancellations? If the reservation is canceled prior to 24 hours from check-in time there will not be a fee, however, if it is within 24 hours there will be a $30 fee. -How many people are permitted at a site? Up to 4 adults are permitted at each site. -Are the showers free? Yes, they are free. -Do you have a laundromat? Yes, the entry is on the north side of the building in between the bathrooms. RESORT POLICIES -RV Site Policies Our Mission is to share, nurture and invite others to the beauty that Nature has to offer and to provide a safe place to stay. The following rules were established keeping in mind our mission and to allow for the safety of the guests. We ask that you please be mindful of others. All contingencies cannot be covered in a set of rules, future modifications may be made. Thank you for obeying the RV Resort rules which allow us to have a safe and enjoyable place to stay. -Vehicles in the Resort Limited to one(1) RV and one(1) vehicle *Please reach out to management if other accommodations are needed. Third vehicles must be approved. -Well Maintained The RV must be in a well-maintained overall condition. Management has the right to turn away any RV. -Site Care We strive to provide a clean and well-kept place for all our guests. We ask that you assist us with keeping the sites clean and free of debris. To do this we ask that you only have furniture and other items intended for outside use visible at your site. If storage of items is needed we ask that it be done in an orderly manner inside appealing/well-kept storage bins under your RV or vehicles. For the safety of all resort visitors, the speed limit throughout is 5 miles per hour -Consideration Quiet time to be observed daily from 10 pm-8 am If not respected, management has the right to ask you to leave. -Not Permitted •No hanging laundry •No appliances outside of your RV •No alcohol except at your designated site •Absolutely no fireworks or firearms •No repairs or maintenance may be done in the resort, except by resort approved mobile services. Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles are not permitted in the resort Parking anywhere but your designated site is not allowed -Pets Pets are welcome but must be kept on 6-foot max leashes except at Dog Park. They may not be left unattended throughout the resort. RV guests are required to immediately clean up and dispose of all pet droppings. If not disposed of immediately fines may occur. Pets are not allowed in any Painted Hills RV Resort buildings, bathrooms, or playground areas. They may not be left unattended outside of such areas. Limit to two pets. No aggressive dogs are allowed. If your dog exhibits this type of behavior, management will ask you to find other accommodations and you will be liable for any damage or harm caused by your pet to the resort or others. Weekend Trip to Escalante Grand Resort

Tent sites easy to find and navigate through. Animal life on point. Saw quite a few mule deer around the campground. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Dog park section was a bit on the smaller side for larger dogs but cute and perfect for our small baby.

While I would recommend this park, it is for sale and down about a 2 mile dirt road. Of our 3 night stay, there was only one other camper for 2 nights. The park was well maintained with level, spacious sites. Each site had a nice fire pit and picnic table. There were no amenities - no office, no camp host, no showers and toilets.

The cabin was right next to Bryce Canyon!! The office staff were all so friendly. The cabin was perfect for just my husband and me! It is close to the road but other than that it was a great place to stay and would recommend to anyone!!

I loved this site!!! Everything was so well done and put together. There were signs right out front to indicate the campsite which was necessary since we arrived at night on both days. We were given a clear map and wifi info before we arrived to help us. It was a wonderful experience!

The wagon was adorable! We were worried it might be too cold, but there was a small space heater that kept us toasty with lows of ~25F. There was also an air conditioner that we didn’t use. The wagon has ceiling lights inside and a couple outlets. Due to the off season, the was not crowded at all and the bathrooms were really clean.

I was visiting In a 19’ Sprinter and my sidekick Olaf a morkie, and we had a great experience for 2 nights. Site had electric and water. Fire pit and picnic table. The bathrooms were clean and warm and included the shower. Nice community area with lots of games inside for kids. It was close to road so could hear in the day but quiet at night.

This was the most put together camp that we stayed in during our visit to Utah. They were attentive to our questions and the site was exactly what they said it was going to look like. We felt very safe there and extremely comfortable in the public spaces. We will definitely be staying again!

This was a lovely campground, and although it was close to a major road, we hardly noticed! We loved this location for its proximity to both Bryce Canyon and Red Rock state park, and enjoyed being nestled amongst the pines. Nice flat pull-through spots with hookups for our 21’ trailer., and well maintained by “Scooter”!

The drive to this place is just wonderful! Easy check in with clear instructions. Bathrooms are super clean! Cute little outdoor community space that's next to the game room. We only stayed a night but wished it was for 2. We played card games and watched a movie then passed out! The night sky was starry with a bit of clouds and the full moon lighting up the night! Loved this place!

Weekend Trip to Cedar Canyon RV Retreat

Very nice little park. Very clean bathrooms with showers. Just a few minutes away from town. Wifi was nonexistent at our site #10 but good up by the cabin. Site has wilderness right behind it. We saw plenty of wildlife. The road noise was pretty heavy from early morning to late evening, but it was hunting season. With the windows closed up the road noise was not bad at all. The camp host Rachel was very helpful. There is a game room with lots to do. Air hockey, pool, foosball, and ping pong. We will definitely be back again.

Hands down one of the best campsites I’ve ever been to! I’m traveling cross country and have been switching campsites every night…. However… after stumbling upon this gem I ended up staying an additional two nights! Super clean bathrooms and kind/ helpful staff as well as really nice washers and dryers!
