We started a non-profit to promote the Rescue, Rehab, Retrain and Rehome method to get horses out of bad situations and into good homes. We are a small rescue and hope to be much bigger one day! Please come visit, enjoy our beautiful property and support an amazing non-profit cause while you are at it! Learn more about this land:We are a non-profit horse rescue situated on one acre. The best description I can give of our property is that it's great for a convenient and quaint "Stop and Sleep". This is because we are located right off of the old main highway and have two neighbors within eyesight from the house. This site is very convenient for quick stays since it is so CLOSE TO THE HIGHWAY this makes it convenient but may not be appropriate for very light sleepers or for extended stays. The camping area is simple, with wild grass and a fire pit, bordered by the river on one side and the horse pasture on the other. You can see and hear the river easily April-July. The river is seasonal and does dry up in mid July-August. Drinkable hose water is available near the house. If you want a ranch-style camping experience with lots of interaction with your hosts and opportunity for adventure then you have chosen the right camping location! You are welcome to join in the daily choring activities or choose to be taken on a scenic trail ride or thrilling guided gallop on beautiful and well-trained rescue horses.PLEASE NOTE: The bathroom is located in our house and has a flushable toilet and shower with hot water. Bathroom hours are 8am-9pm. Parking is located a few hundred feet from the campsite, just off of the road. You must walk a few hundred feet to get to the campsite and you cannot pull your vehicle right up to it. While we do welcome car campers and pop-up trailers, just know you won't be parked at the campsite if you choose to sleep this way. We look forward to having you camp with us!

Our "Enchanted Urban TREE HOUSE" is called this due to the upper loft area with skylights that look into the trees branches above! The Enchanted Whimsical theme is very "Alice In Wonderland-esc".
Allow yourself and your group to be enchanted by the livingroom's GOLD CEILINGS and clocks wall, reminding you to unwind and take some time for self care!
On the topic of self-care, upon ascending the GOLD SPIRAL STAIRCASE located in the newly remodeled kitchen, you will be hugged with a unique meditation station, just outside the loft bedroom. Here there are ton's of tiny golden mirrors and some meditation floor pads, for an ideal spot to sit in contemplation and seek your most present minded self.
A door-way off this room leads you into the "tree-house" feeling bedroom. The green color scheme and the skylight peering at the branches of the trees which extend over the roof in the sky, create a "tree-house like" experience.
Back down on the ground level, you will find a second and third bedroom. The first one has a queen bed as well as a closet. The 3rd bedroom sleeps just one person with a twin bed and is at the back of the house. The window looking out back from here is the closest room to the hot tub/gazebo area in the backyard, which is professionally cleaned and maintained.
There is a remodeled, full bath with bath tub on the ground level. This is the only bathroom in this home.
The remodeled kitchen is well stocked/appointed.
This backyard space has a couple outside table and chair areas, and it is the place we would as that you park during your stay, accessing it through the alley (see listing photos). The yard is fully fenced.
The neighborhood is a mix of single family and multifamily dwellings and is close to Freeway entrances, minutes from restaurants, bars entertainment

We had a wonderful stay, the spleshing of the river is so calming and the hikes on the nearby trails are simply amazing. The road is nearby, but not busy at all.

perfect place to set up camp away from the city but still close enough to enjoy our trip to the area. everyone was very welcoming when using the bathroom inside. overall a great stay with a beautiful view of the mountains!

Great spot to stay on a cross country drive- very close to I-84. The tentsite was closer to where we parked than I anticipated which made unloading and setting up very easy - especially since we arrived after dark, which Jessie was very accommodating about. There is some road noise/light but if you’re a solid sleeper (or tired after a long drive) it won’t bother you at all. Fun to see the horses playing in the morning!

Jessie and Sean are great hosts. Highly recommend the site. I know a lot of people seem to complain about the noise but it’s really not that bad once it gets later in the evening / during the night while sleeping. And if you’re keen on riding I’d definitely do it. Sean took me out and he’s a really sweet man. Nice to have a chat while I was on my solo road trip across the states

Jessie was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. It was a convenient and tidy campsite for what I required and it was a very unique setting. I know some people speak about the road noise but I didn't find it too bad during the sleeping hours. I would recommend, especially during the spring run off when the creek is flowing I bet its super tranquil!

It's a cozy little site, very quiet, next to a murmuring creek and a narrow footpath higher up into the beautiful nature where you can get wide views over the surrounding landscape. The host is very friendly, introduces you to the technical details and helps backing in the RV. Site is level, gravelled, between low trees/brushes. Can get cold in the night, even in August! :-)

We got there late and last minute Jessie was kind enough to accept our request! When we got there we were detected to the camp site and the next day we did the petting zoo my niece loved it! Jessie has a son around the same age who was very sweet! My niece loved every second!

This place was great! The sounds of the creek were nice. The host was great and very helpful. The hangout area behind our teardrop camper was a little small since we had our two dogs, but the road was great for walks with them so it worked out just fine. The spring down the road is delicious. Looks like there is a lot to do around the area, we were just stopping overnight on a road trip so didn’t have time for much.

We *loved* our stay at Cherry Hill. The RV Park is next to a little water park. It's incredibly well-maintained, all hookups were easy and worked properly. The location just north of SLC was well-placed for activities in SLC and distance to see the Great Salt Lake at Antelope Island State Park. The staff was friendly. While we were there, there weren't a lot of campers around us, so we can't speak to what the park is like when it's full. We really loved our stay at Cherry Hill.

Very peaceful with the little stream running behind the spot. My class C was a bit of a tight fit but it worked. Chad was an amazing host and the area is very scenic. There is also a hiking trail 3-5 minutes up the road. The spot itself is very private feeling with trees surrounding. This location is also starlink friendly.
