We just added a basketball area and sand volleyball is summer 2022. Pickleball going in summer 2023. 8 new full hookup RV pads also going in summer 2023 and are now available with 30/50 amp service. Far enough away from the lights of surrounding towns of Spring City, Mt. Pleasant and Ephraim, the Milky Way and stars will amaze. Come and visit for a night or a week. On a clear night, our dark skies offer amazing views. We are located near several hot springs and amazing hikes and trails.We offer four different glamping accommodations for you to choose from! Our one of a kind cozy cabin space includes electric heat/AC, lights and fantastic views of the garden. It is nestled into our family garden and includes a picnic table and fire pit. Bathroom facilities are located approximately 30 yards away in our guest common area. Our cozy canvas bell tent is located in our nursery on our boutique farm. It is a simple, unique and cozy spot, perfect for a quick overnight stay or as home base for a few days while you explore. Space is solar and battery lit. When temps dip below 40 we offer supplemental heat. This tent is not recommended for light sleepers. We have a second canvas bell tent as well and a little red cabin near our garden! Showers, toilets, and bins are available for all of our accommodations.

Located two miles off Highway 89 in Black Hawk Mountain Estates is our 5 acres off grid home with multiple guestrooms & spaces for tents, trailers, and 5th wheel hook ups. All spots/rooms are reserved separately. Fun for all ages and for small and large group gatherings. Contact us for special pricing for larger groups and extra amenities. All guests will have access to the playground with swings, in ground trampoline, slide, tetherball, cornhole, little tykes playhouse, & mechanical “quarter” rides that turn on with a switch of a button.
