Lake Livingston is a large 23+ mile lake. We bought the property in 2014 and did upgrades on weekends, love the views, fishing, campfires, and meeting people so we opened the first cabin in April of 2018, now have 5 cabins and 9 rv sites and welcome you to enjoy the lake as much as we do. Every season of the year is a little different and all are wonderful! We are in nature, and across street from wetlands, yet only 2 miles from city grocery store and restaurants! There are 3 piers, fishing, picnicking, beautiful sunsets, nature watching, small watercraft rentals, guide paid pontoon tours, swimming, bonfires, bbq’s with firewood available on site for purchase if desired. The cabin was very clean. We loved that it came stocked with anything needed in a kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery, paper towels, etc.) The pool was awesome and it is so nice that they have a restaurant on site. My family of 4 and our 2 dogs had a great time here and we will be back.

First and foremost when I checked in, they were so nice. They gave me all the necessary paperwork with all the policies so we can be aware. The cabin we stayed in was so beautiful. It was so clean and the view was amazing. Directions were also on point.

Me and my family had a great time at the property, we rented out the boats very user friendly didn’t catch any big fish in the lake but we didn’t go far either. AC was working very well the owner was very helpful and very approachable. Had an awesome time!
