We purchased the 350 acres not to develop into house sites, but to develop into a recreation area where people can enjoy the outdoors mountain biking, hiking, paddling, horseback riding and camping. The lake is accessible by hiking on the property down to the lake or driving about three miles to the Stamford Marina which has a boat ramp and parking.
