Margaritaville resort is just a mile west and accessible by car or golf cart from the beach.

We are a 5 minute walk to the beach on Bolivar Peninsula. Has water, sewer, and electric with new 50 amp panels. 3 Covered RV spots with access to the upper deck. There is a dining table with chairs on the deck, as well as two loungers and some additional chairs to use. They are really great to sit on the deck and enjoy the ocean views.

Weekend Trip to Nauti Pelican

Property is nice,clean,and is situated in a well maintained área of Bolivar. Mike is very friedly and helpful. The fenced in yard was a true blessing. We had two couples and 2 separate campers, one pulled in the other backed in and there was amañe sauced to set up tables and cooking equipment in between. Highly recommend

It’s fully covered, so you’re sheltered from the elements without sacrificing the outdoor experience. One of the highlights is the amazing deck with a picnic table and additional seating that gives you spectacular views of the surrounding area. The fenced-in yard is an absolute bonus, especially for dog owners—my pups had the freedom to run around off-leash, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor shower with both hot and cold water is a fantastic feature, along with the charming outdoor swing that adds a relaxing touch to your evening. The patio area is well-lit, perfect for enjoying the space after dark. You’re also in a prime location, close to local stores and Tia Juanita's Fish Camp, where the food is amazing! And if you're looking to explore, it’s just a quick trip to the ferry and then you're off to Galveston Island.
