The property is been completely fenced. Please close and secure gate after entering and exiting with the lock provided. Code provided before arrival. There is a manual gate and a automatic gate you will be given the code for both.

Kaz always had a DREAM to help kids with Life Skills & Mentor in God’s Principles because she had Christian Mentors growing up! They were always there for her through her life and kept her focused down the right path and stayed out of trouble and learned a tremendous amount from them! Bill her husband supports her and they raised 7 children together and have 10 grandkids. Kaz father was Asperger's Autistic and from 5 years old started showing Kaz hands on learning skills that are still instilled in her today! She found this to be a Valuable Lesson from her Dad. These methods and skills through the years working with her own children and other children through the years with different organizations confirm to be very beneficial and encouraging for the children growing up. Bill and Kaz have shared equally through all they’re projects during they’re 40 years of marriage. They’re Jack Of All Trades, Artists, Shown in Art Shows, Remodeled Homes, Churches, Work on the Ranch Together, and Etc. They are able to teach others how to do things that can benefit kids till they graduate and have a better understanding of what they want to do in their lives as an adult and PLUS have the mentoring to guide them through life.

Kaz always had a DREAM to help kids with Life Skills & Mentor in God’s Principles because she had Christian Mentors growing up! They were always there for her through her life and kept her focused down the right path and stayed out of trouble and learned a tremendous amount from them! Bill her husband supports her and they raised 7 children together and have 10 grandkids. Kaz father was Asperger's Autistic and from 5 years old started showing Kaz hands on learning skills that are still instilled in her today! She found this to be a Valuable Lesson from her Dad. These methods and skills through the years working with her own children and other children through the years with different organizations confirm to be very beneficial and encouraging for the children growing up. Bill and Kaz have shared equally through all they’re projects during they’re 40 years of marriage. They’re Jack Of All Trades, Artists, Shown in Art Shows, Remodeled Homes, Churches, Work on the Ranch Together, and Etc. They are able to teach others how to do things that can benefit kids till they graduate and have a better understanding of what they want to do in their lives as an adult and PLUS have the mentoring to guide them through life.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Communication was great from the beginning and they were super hospitable to us during our stay here. We only got to spend a limited time here since we were there to visit inks lake and enchanted rock during the day. It was just a short drive to both and very convenient. I have nothing but positive things to say about Wendy and Kevin. They are super nice people and came by as I was getting checked in to make sure I got settled. When I accidentally left something at my site, Wendy reached out to me and we were able to get my items back to me. Bathrooms, showers and common areas were clean and spacious! There’s a full kitchen-even a keurig and pods-along with ac, which was great! Free laundry facilities was also a great perk! Wendy was very friendly and easy to communicate with too, We’ll definitely visit again if we’re in the area!

Very remote location, owners were extremely nice, cool back roads to explore. Map was a little confusing but with the owners help we were able to figure it out.

Stayed here 2x and love it! Nice and private, spacious plot of land, close by Inks Lake State Park and the lake. Site includes fire pit, chairs, firewood, grill, picnic table, and porta potty.
Gunter is a great host. Both times, he checked in on me when I arrived and in the evening. Making sure everything is going ok and what not. Gunter's property includes a small open air kitchenette along with 2 kayaks and a stand up paddleboard, all of which were offered to me to use.
Great place to stay in you want a more private campsite in the area than other options!
