It was not busy at all when we went 2nd weekend in November 2024. We did change spots we were not in #5, we switched to #9. Only negative thing is that you can hear the road noise, no way around that though. I am sure it is a packed park in December because that is where the Santa Christmas Train is in Rusk, Texas!

This Location was very convenient for Kilgore. Kevin was great and helpful when I took a wrong turn. He got me to the right place right away. He has full hookups and all worked well. There was some overgrown grass and some full-timers in this small park. They were very friendly and my stay was great! This is not a glamping location but served me well. I would recommend this place to all who are staying to do things in town or visit relatives and friends. I would not recommend if you are looking for a campground experience with all the amenties and services. Otherwise, I would use it again.
