View the eclipse! Challenge the bumpy road to escape society on raw mountain desert land to the middle of nowhere? Deer, horse, rabbit, hogs, etc. Camping under the stars, connecting to with nature, pick sage, mesquite, cactus and other naturally grown bushes and stones all you want! Cell signal! Peaceful. It is very important that the information here is also published on the ad or they could end up on a dead end road or a locked gate. There is a gate leading to the property, yet isn't locked....it's so that the cows will not escape so it's important that it is noted to close the gate behind them. That gate is also the best entrance to the property. Also, an AWD or 4X4 is recommended yet, not necessary. It will have to be set to use the Degrees Minutes Seconds system in order to be consistent with our coordinates, or if you wish to use a different system such as Degrees Decimal Minutes or Decimal Degrees, we will be happy to convert our coordinates for you into whatever system you need. But it is crucial that you use coordinates that are consistent with the settings in your handheld navigation device. If your navigation device is not using the same system as the coordinates that you are using for reference, you will end up in the wrong locatio
