400 acres half open fields and half is wooded. Has a creek running through it and two wetlands lots of ducks in the winter time. Four ponds stocked for fishing or swiming. High game fence on part of the ranch with exotic animals stocked in it. Lots of free ranging deer also. Active cattle ranch also.

Gorgeous old oak trees shade the land that has seen many inhabitants, from Native Americans to our three generations, who love the fauna and flora on the edge of East Texas. Llama Land Ranch

Property has been in family since 1987. The land has a rich history of wild boars and other wildlife. There is a live creek that runs along one of the property lines and is 50 ft deep.

 Pastures are mowed three times a year and always look beautiful. There is some
terrain that is rough and the land has not been traveled. Bring machetes and a compass (We are not a rescue team). The land is ready to be loved by our visitors.

The llamas will come to greet you and so will many more things in this wonderful place. We are conveniently located in a secluded area, but just a short drive from many local conveniences.

Within 10 minutes of Cedar Creek Lake! Back in the depression days, back before WWII, they cut off part of the river to increase food supply. Great for canoeing and fishing. We have 40 acres for you to camp on and have access to anything nearby. In the summertime, you can pick all the grapes you can possibly carry out of there. 1 hour from First Monday Trade Days, which is the largest flea market in the US!

It is also 45 min. from the famous First Monday Trade Days in Canton, Texas. The property is a combination of rolling pasture and dense woods. Water and electricity are available at the entrance of property. I have also added to well stocked ponds to the property for you to catch dinner. Keep just enough for dinner please.

B2 Ranch is a 1600 + acre working cattle ranch in Freestone County TX that consists of pastures, rangeland, woods and wetlands. Our goal is to sustainably run our beef cattle business in a way that is always seeking to enhance and improve the land as a whole. We sell pastured, grassfed veal and beef. It is located about 1.5 hours south of Dallas and 2 hours north of Houston. As a guest at B2 ranch you will have the opportunity to explore, hike, bike, kayak, canoe, fish, observe wildlife, or just relax. Also, the lake cabin is the only guest accommodation on the ranch, making it a true get away.The lake cabin at B2 Ranch is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin overlooking a 3 acre spring fed lake. The newly furnished cabin includes a king size bed, a pullout sofa, refrigerator with small freezer, microwave, tv with dvd player (no cable or satellite), and coffee maker with coffee. Linens, towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner are also included. A fire pit with cooking grill is located just outside the cabin as well as a charcoal grill. It does not include a stove or oven.As part of your stay at B2 Ranch, you have access to 2 kayaks, a canoe and flat bottom boat along with paddles and life jackets. The lakes on the ranch are stocked with bass and open for fishing.When staying at B2 Ranch you are free to explore and roam the ranch. There are miles of roads and trails where you can see an abundance of wildlife. Guests have access to the 1600+ acre ranch for most of the year. I'm not in the middle of nowhere, but my neighbors all have at least 3-5 acres.  It's always quiet out here, except for the birds and occasional coyote in the distance.  I have what Hipcamp calls a flexible cancellation policy.  Simply cancel on the site 24 hours prior to your check in for a full refund.
