We stayed here one night with our RV and really liked it! 😊 The place felt safe and peaceful, and we slept great. The laundry was nice — not spotless, but the machines were good and it’s great that you can see the remaining time in the app. There’s also a gas station nearby, which is super convenient. The sunset was beautiful, and at night we could see lots of stars ✨ The only downside was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the evening, but overall a really good stay. Definitely recommend! 🚐🌅

Our family had an absolute blast here. From exploring the old ruins, to seeing tarantulas and bombardier beetles, to even a tiny mouse, we had so much fun exploring. The night sky and the stars were incredible, as well as the lightning show behind our rv. Usually there is too much light pollution in other places, but this spot was perfect! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and we will definitely be back if we pass this way again.

We stayed overnight on our way to Colorado. Host was easy to communicate with. Great spot! Nice and quiet over night. Had coffee and listened to neighbor chickens and roosters in the morning. 5 stars all the way! Perfect for those traveling and needing a quiet and large space. Many roads traverse the property but from experience, I'd go it on foot. Super friendly and extremely helpful caretakers. Keep it clean, it's a beautiful piece of land!
