Village creek is known for its beautiful white sandbars and use to be home to a tribe of Indians in the early 1800's as groups of Indian tribes settled along the gulf coast. This park was originally built as a mobile home park in the late 1960's and renovated to accommodate RV's in the 1980's. After Hurricane Harvey destroyed the area in August of 2017 the property and completely re-vamped it in order to truly appreciate all it has to offer. This place was perfect. Nice and quiet, the hist had just tge ight balance of being welcoming amd courteous while giving us privacy. The grounds are well kept, and the pool was amazing. I'm honestly torn between wanting to tell everyone about how great it was, and keeping it a secret.
