Enjoy all 2.6 acres, with view of the surrounding mountains. 40 minutes from Chattanooga. You are likely to be the only one on the property. Sequatchie Valley is between two long ridges of mountains. There are views everywhere you drive. When arriving, look for the white mailbox labeled 456 and turn in between that and the 456 sign on the ground (solar lighted). It is a long gravel driveway. Entrance is wide enough for 40 ft rigs.

We build from the heart with blue prints and Deer Camp was a thought that started on the back of a receipt and grew into a 12x12 cozy cabin. We have 13 acres and we share with that Deer Camp. Only enough land has been cleared for structures so it's all wooded and every structure was built by us and is unique and one of a kind. We are all excited to offer an RV site to park a camper or pitch a tent if you want to bring a couple of friends. There is a separate charge for this. This site does offer electricity but water and the bathhouse are shared. This site is only offered to your group and there will never be campers in that space while you’re there.

It's like having your own private summer camp! The unfurnished cabin is dry and clean. A huge upgrade from a tent (feel free to pitch your tents if you like)! The bathhouse offers hot showers, a flush toilet, and sink. The open pole barn has a deluxe camping kitchen set up with pots and pans, a propane stove, a coffee maker, and a dishwashing sink. There is also a dining table and chairs. While the property is close and convenient to Chattanooga, once you are enjoying the serene woods, shady trees, starry nights, and quality time with family and friends you will forget all about the city! While there are no full-time residents on the property, there is a small functioning horse farm about 100 yards from the camping area. On most days the owner will stop by to care for the horses, and teach riding lessons.

Nice and secluded area aside from the neighbors house which wasn't a problem at all. There were some nice kids riding dirtbikes and fourwheelers and I love to see kids out having fun outside instead of sitting inside on electronics. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a relaxing time! The cabin was perfect for the 5 of us and it had all the amenities we needed. We loved the lights around the campsite, and the kids took over the loft area in the cabin! Having a nice bathroom and the kitchen area just enhanced the stay! The highlight was enjoying the sweet kitties that spent time with us! It was a perfect little getaway!

Great little spot for a night away with my 16 year old daughter. I’m a city person so loved that this wasn’t too remote but still private. They have everything you need to cook and relax. The bath house is nice and unique. Really enjoyed our stay and will come for longer next time.

A very comfortable camping set up. Quite a lot of space in the woods to ourselves and between outhouses, with a large clearing in the middle for kids to enjoy. Kitchen and dining area under the barn is very well equipped. I didn't need to bring any extra cooking or dining equipment. Took us a little time to figure out the hot water in the shower but it does make a difference when it's on. Lots of products and some toilet paper provided. The wooden cabin was a great set up for sleeping. Very well ventilated and little fairy lights for nice ambiance. We took our air mattresses and sheets and it was like a little camp hotel. There is a road nearby but it's completely silent at night and pretty quiet during the day too. Horses on the property make great scenery. All in all clean and well maintained. Would just recommend taking a bath mat for the shower floor and tea towels for the kitchen for maximum comfort. Host was very easy to contact at any point and very helpful.

Couldn't ask for anything more. The host was very hospitable and had fire wood ready as I pulled up at night. Very peaceful at the back of the property. Very scenic waking up to the sunrise from the tent window over the mountain. Highly recommend if you need a place to sleep for the night. Will stay again.

Everything at this place was very clean and well thought out. We really enjoyed our time here. We both had high expectations coming into our stay because of the reviews but Deer Camp exceeded all of them! Truly the perfect middle ground of wanting to “stay in the outdoors” with all of the luxuries of a well done AirBNB. There are lots of hiking trails nearby which was nice too. We brought our dog and the hosts were even nice enough to have a treat bag waiting for him upon arrival. We only stayed for the weekend but I wish we booked for longer. Have already recommended to family and friends!
