Two porta-potties are on the farm and private porta-potties are available for rent. Groups of eight or more are required to rent a porta potty should you not bring your own toilet system with you. We do not allow the use of our small wooded areas as toilets. Please read the entire listing because I have updated this page. The booking is for 2 people, any guest after the initial 2 or pet will be $10 per night. Add them as extra guests Pull down a paved road and get out of your car and sit down at a picnic table in front of a private waterfall! This site has a pull through, full hookup spot with 30amp for campers but tents are always welcome or a combination of the two. I've had a 33' camper, popup camper and 6 tents at this campsite all at the same time so there plenty of room for your family and friends! We're 2.5 miles from the Cherokee Casino and 3.5 miles from down town Cherokee If you're tired of crowded campgrounds then you'll love the privacy this campground offers. This is now a two site campground with each site being around 100' away from the other site with trees and vegetation growing in between, you more or less cant see on site from the other from May until November. There is a orange cone that marks the border of the two sites. One set of campers will not be allowed on the other campers campsite, if this happens you will be evicted with no refund. Check in is at 2pm and check out is at 12pm. No shooting firearms, (although you may hear people shooting firearms because you will be camping in the mountains) but your more than welcome to bring your firearms. Its better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. No fireworks. No making trails or collecting firewood (This is not because I want to sell you firewood, its because I want to have the property remain as pristine as possible) Do not cut down trees alive or dead If you move picnic tables please move them back Dogs are permitted but message me first to see if your do will be a good fit. There is a small Church around 200 yards from the campground. They hold services every Wednesday and Sunday. They generally start around 5pm and it lasts around a hour. If your into that they would love to have you come down. The EBCI opened a dispensary around 3 miles from the campground. It will open to all adults over 21 starting September 7th 2024. Cross the bridge over creek, keep going straight ! straight ahead... curve right at the swing bench, and u will see sign for parking , unloading, and beaver beach.. bring your own firewood, and leave fire pit in same condition or better than you found it ... pick up & haul out all trash... & Do NOT burn trash on site, and do not make any fires outside of fire pit Be sure to bring your own camp supplies for bathroom needs, & Do NOT bury your poop or dig holes for poop , yours, or your dogs if you are coming with pets… YOUR IN FOR A REAL TREAT. Creek & Waterfall are EPIC. ENJOY !

This campsite offers ample room for any size family or camping group. The grounds are safe, clean and comfortable, with electric hookups, hot showers, and a toilet—all while being surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of untouched wilderness. Being here brought back childhood memories of exploring and charting unknown territory. The peaceful waterfall sings a gentle lullaby each night, carrying you into the deepest sleep. There is truly no campsite that compares. My only complaint? I lost track of time. I enjoyed myself so much and felt so disconnected from the outside world that days effortlessly blended into nights before it was suddenly time to leave. This was my parents’ first-ever camping trip, and the host did not disappoint! He was readily available to help them hook up their new RV and made sure they felt at home. By the end of the stay, they felt like pros thanks to his guidance. You can’t go wrong with this site—book now and make those special memories. We are so glad we did!

1 night at The Meadows at Poplar Creek

We spent a few nights at the campsite while we explored the OHV trails and downhill mountain bike course at Windrock. The thought of tent camping in one of the huge gravel parking lots surrounded by throngs of people and the rattle of RV generators at one of the large campgrounds in the area held no appeal. This spot was peaceful and quiet, just what we were looking for. Extra bonus points for the burbling creek, the amazing assortment of birds that flew around us in the mornings, and quick and easy access to the trails. No conveniences at the site but $3.00 will buy you a shower at the Windrock Campground, and possibly other campgrounds around.

I had a very peaceful stay. Personally, I love the sounds of alert farm animals. The place was very easy to find and access the campsite was easy. The place gave me a very peaceful sense of security for a few days, to leave my stuff unattended while I researched more permanent local areas. Jacob is a great guy and is there to help anyone, the best he can.

Beautiful view. Toilet, shower, water spigot and electricity were very appreciate. The camp site was clean and very well setup. Would stay at again!

There is a church on the other side of the fence. They have services Sunday morning and evening and Wednesday evening for around 1 hour

Most definitely a little piece of heaven! We were apprehensive booking it because we thought it had to be too good to be true but nothing could be further from the truth. It was absolutely gorgeous, very spacious & very private, even with another camper at the creek site. Richard was a very gracious & helpful host. Highly recommend!

Super nice level and dry campsite right next to the creek. Directions were easy to follow and the site was very close to everything. The second campsite is far enough away that we never noticed campers at the other site. Facilities were rustic clean and well thought out. As Richard said there is some local color nearby but nothing to be concerned about. We would absolutely stay with Richard again.

The farm was absolutely beautiful and perfect for camping. The hosts are very friendly. I stayed at the troutfall deck which is what I consider luxury. It really made it easy to set up and relax with the elevated deck views of river and mountains. Next I stayed at the Knoll site which over looks the river and fields with roaming livestock. If you stopped to read reviews on this Hipcamp just trust me and all the others that say this place was great and well worth the trip.

Site 3, The Rapids, was everything we could have asked for. The site was very large, and was right on the Pidgeon River. The property was hilly with gorgeous views, and the pastures and animal enclosures were very well manicured! We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. There are roads and trails throughout the 95 acres for walking. The hosts were very hospitable! They showed us to our site, and were available if we needed anything. We definitely would recommend this Hip Camp!

genuinely the most beautiful spots i've been to. well maintained and really conveniently located with stores and a gas station close by! we camped on Site 7 (big group) & appreciated the seclusion. also, porta potty's on land! you can explore the grounds with beautiful views all around. we will be back!!

The Knoll offers loads of space and views of the river and pastures. Easy in and out too!

Beautiful site. The Fall leaves were peak color. The property is serene, and the proximity to the river provided for a beautiful “ white noise” to add to the relaxing atmosphere. The animals and walking trails also added to the experience.
