Our RV sites are extra-large and private with full hookups and fiber high speed WiFi . We are located two hours southwest of Nashville, TN in the charming small town of Clifton, TN. Our community sits on the stretch of the Tennessee River called the Kentucky Lake. The Kentucky Lake is the largest man-made lake east of the Mississippi river. It covers 160,300 acres and features 2,300 miles of breathtaking shoreline. Bring your boat and use our private community boat ramp. You can stop at the marinas located nearby for food and live music. If you don’t have a boat, you can rent one nearby. Kentucky Lake is a boaters dream with its clean water and beautiful scenery. Boat storage is included in your stay. Additionally, some of the best freshwater fishing in the Country can be experienced in the Kentucky Lake and is known for excellent fishing for large and small mouth bass, bluegill, white bass, catfish, and many more. You can fish directly from your site on most waterfront sites or use our dock. If you like to kayak, you will enjoy the tree-lined, calm, four mile long cove in our community. You can directly access the cove from your site when you stay on a “cove site.” We are open year-round. We offer nightly, weekly, and long term stays on all our sites. We currently have two buddy sites that are extra-large with two sets of full hookups for two RV’s (we will be adding more buddy sites). We cannot wait to host you and your family. We do have chickens, guineas, cows, goats, pigeons, and dogs. Every now and then they do make noise. There are fish in the pond if you want to bring your own fishing gear. Just be sure to pick up any trash before you leave. Help us keep it nice for others to enjoy.
