Our first camp site offers a shelter, fire ring, picnic table, preparation table, and lanterns. We also provide complimentary citronella candles for lighting and bug repellent.

Nearby Clifton hosts a full service marina for your boating needs. (including jet ski and boat rentals) I have two adjacent 1/2 acre river front camps. (Shady Grove and Sugar Magnolia) Both camps sit atop atop an open meadow at the tree line that gently slopes through the shaded hardwood canopy to the waters edge. Shady Grove boasts a 40x50 covered pavilion and concrete pad to keep your rig out of the elements. Sugar Magnolia has a 40x50 gravel pad. both sites have full hook ups. (50-30amp) Have trailer? Not a problem, a free gated storage facility is located a short drive away.

Ross Creek Landing Golf Course Is a quick 10 min drive. Shopping/town isn’t too far. I have two graveled sites on one lot, one is pull in and one back in. Suitable for all size RV's, $680 a month. 50/30 amp, sewer, water, electric and trash included! All pets welcome. No restrictions on breads. Internet included for longer stays. The price is $75 per night. We also offer monthly and long-term rentals at $60 per night. This rate includes electric, sewer, and water. The lot can accommodate any size RV or trailer, equipped with 2 x 50 amp outlets and 2 x 30 amp outlets, as well as 2 septic hookups. The lot size is 60x240.
