There is a 25 yard, two lane indoor pool on the property, and wooded trails behind the house.  Just 16 miles down the road is a 1,000 acre lake.

Proposed Carroll County Recreational Opportunity
   I would like to introduce the citizens of Carroll County and all interested parties to a proposed startup tent only campground on 72 acres adjacent to Mustang Cove at the new lake. I propose to offer a rustic or primitive tent camping experience and hope to enjoin the collaboration of the Caroll County 1,000 Acre Recreational Lake to provide kayak and canoe access to the adjacent shallow and shady shoreline. I solicit input and interest from local churches, scouts, 4H,  and others and request your assistance and support. The Camp Carroll project is intended to provide a low impact environmentally and family friendly outdoor recreation experience for local residents and other interested parties; this includes but is not limited to the following: day use (CC Lake and general site), overnight tent and future small TT camping, canoe and kayak on 13 acres site ponds and CC Lake.  The Project will allow local users the opportunity to camp/kayak (or learn) locally with convenient access to home or town markets. Churches, Boy/Girl Scouts, 4H and other users will have an additional local nature - based outdoor recreational opportunity available. Local is also extremely important convenience for the handicapped or other limited access populations. 
    I will be happy to share updates, phoroscope and additional jnformation.Learn more about this land:62 acres south of Mustang cove mostly cleared. with 3 and 10 acre ponds. 12 acres north of cove partially cleared with mixed hardwood and pine woodlands. Habitat to deer, turkey, quail, beaver, otter, etc. I spent 2016 attending monthly planning and zoning commission meetings as they developed tent only campground regulations requiring 6 inches of gravel base with 2 inches of asphalt to every campsite and a restroom within 150 feet of every campsite. Needless to say, this regulation is not only cost prohibitive but in my opinion, also promulgates unsustainable erosion and habitat degradation. Plan B envisions development as a daycamp operation with picnic pavillions, bbq pits, volleyball, horseshoes, frisbee golf, etc with canoe, kayak and peddle boat access to ponds and the shallow end of the 1,000 acre lake. Plan C would be just build a multipurpose residence shareable with family and friends. Pland D involves the services of a good realtor. 40 private acres. Woods, pastures & lake. 2 spaces for RVs (with full hookups) overlook lake, Lots of grassy space for tent campers. Wildlife & bird life. From May thru Sept, there is an above-ground pool and bath house with shower, toilet and washing machine. We have some walking trails. No unregistered guests ever!  No lifeguard on duty so no minor children, please. Adults only. Swim and relax in a natural setting --enjoying privacy, seclusion and a tolerant "laid-back" vibe.

I 40 Hideaway

We are located on 26 Acres in the Tennessee woods next to Cuba Landing Marina on the Tennessee River. When you book a Cabin, RV, Tent site or The House please be able to arrive before 8pm. We do not accept people after hours. We have both Tent camping in the woods and sites within the RV Park. Camp fires have to be kept small. NO BON FIRES. Hope to see you soon.

Learn more about this land:Hello, It is 1/2 acre of raw land. The land has an area that is cleared for living, the rest is forest type land. We have wild animals that come across land deer and other animals. We are about 5 minutes away from the Tennessee River where you can fish and bring your boat.  The downtown area is about 15 minutes away from the property. This is a nice place to enjoy the outdoors and all the amenities around town! Not sure about how big of an RV can fit on the cleared part, had to guess.

The land is raw land. This is the corner where you would enter. I will have cleaned up unless you can! Let me know if you can clear the land.

Tennessee River land is 5 minutes away and can bring boat & also fish.
