It’s an old home — try as you might, you can’t get the old wood smell completely out — but it’s cozy and quiet. Your only neighbors are pygmy dwarf goats, who are far too busy escaping and causing chaos to care about the affairs of this house, which we call Casa Verde. Much work has been put into this old home, though the porches still need upgrades, and adding a second bathroom is our next goal. It’s just a quick Uber drive to all the fun in Knoxville — 3.2 miles from the Tennessee Theatre. Parking is off-road and abundant, and there’s a fenced-in backyard for pets. I loved my experience at the little barn house! The cabin itself was very cute, and the atmosphere was peaceful for a solo trip to escape city life. Jon was fabulous and incredibly helpful when I was needing some support. It was fun to have some animals nearby too, though hunting season is real, so something to keep in mind. Overall I am super grateful for my experience and would recommend it for anyone looking for a little getaway.

Weekend Trip to The Heart Center

My wife and I stayed in the yurt to get away from the noise and celebrate my birthday and the Heart Center truly delivered. The land and energy this place holds is incredible. Liz was a fantastic host and both my wife and I were able to have a reiki session with her while staying here. To stay it was transformational for both of us would be an understatement. Both of us learned so much from our sessions and left the Heart Center feeling lighter both physically & emotionally. Weekend Trip to 2 Creeks Campground @ Reliance

We had a great time! Loved reading and listening to the sound of the creek and warming up by the fire. Our host was so incredibly kind and helpful. Having the bath house so close was SO nice and the store as well! The only service that works out there is AT&T so be mindful if you’re needing to stay connected. The site was right down the road from some absolutely breathtaking views and gorgeous rapids. We can’t wait to come back!

3 nights at Holy Smokies RV Park And Glamping

The location is very convenient to the National Park, the main drag of Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. We spent 3 nights here with two full days devoted to exploring the park. We enjoyed the full hookups for our Class B van and took advantage of the shower rooms. It is compact but very quiet - perhaps surprisingly so. Great value overall.

We had full hook-ups but used the shower and bathrooms (nice, clean with lots of hot water). Close to town -- realized over all that this area is too Disneyish for us, but overall a solid place to stay. The little glamping units looked totally adorable and fun!

3 nights at Camper with EPIC Bluff campView

What a view! This was the perfect spot for just hanging out and relaxing, with fun hiking and sightseeing nearby. We brought our 3 young children with and they had a blast in and outside of the camper, which was clean and contained everything that we needed for a couple of nights. Sheila and Sam were wonderful hosts, great communicators and friendly. Thank you! Would visit again.
