Our Airstream, nestled by our creek with a cozy outdoor sitting area. 

Creekside Airstream Glamping!

We bought this Airstream in 2022 as an old shell. It was junky and a mess, and not much in it other than old scraps and junk. We renovated it in 2022 and 2023, and turned it into a cozy, midcentury modern style Glamper. We tried to plan for every comfort you could want or need, from wifi and a smart TV, to a cute bathroom, Keurig and an Air Fryer. We hope you love it as much as we do. Please note, it is tight quarters, especially for more than two people and large framed people. For this reason, we only allow two guests. We live on a busy street, but the backyard is peaceful and serene. The airstream is parked next to our creek, where waterfowl abound. Only one vehicle allowed.

Table that converts to a king sized bed. 

Bunk beds. Only the bottom bunks are stable enough to hold people over 100lb. Please do not use top bunks. 

Seasonal garden. Help yourself to anything you see growing, but we don't guarantee there will be anything when you're here!

14 acres wooded plenty deer 'n wildlife along with some small farm animals. Bikers and pets welcome.Learn more about this land:Secluded 14 acres quiet shade trees and sun. Access to public boat landing 2miles, all are welcome including bikers. I was the first person to purchase property here in 1995 in what is known as Moultrie Plantation. This is a private property community with its own private dirt road. The plantation is rich in Civil War history and people still find arrowhead 's, Civil war buttons and other Civil War related items on the dirt roads where the soldiers marched through the plantation. It is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood where owners enjoy the country life.

As seen from the front of the house. We were just passing thru for 1 night so didn’t bother leveling it. We had a nice quiet night with a pretty sunrise through the trees.

Ian's background is in art, public education, and exploring the outdoors. Growing up in the Lowcountry of South Carolina allowed for endless opportunities to explore and foster an appreciation for the outdoors. It is the peace and tranquility of the wetlands, and the time spent with family and friends in these unique ecosystems, that always brought me comfort and wonder. It was in June of 2019 that dreams of having my name attached to land became a reality. Since the contract was signed; family, friends, and I have been developing the property and programming classes and adventures to share with those who seek them. We have developed several unique sites to share with you and will continue to improve as we foster our partnership with the land and share its bounty.

Property is well maintained and spacious, rv camping area is flat land for easy maneuvering, roads are wide with easy turns and pull through so no stress backing up. If you like biking or running/walking soac has some awesome trails. There are several small ponds to relax near and watch the sun set. Bathrooms/showers/picnic tables /fire rings/water hook ups/no rv power/dump station available ($10 dumps, guest only). If you need privacy and relaxation and want to unplug from the world, this is the place!

By design, we never camp many guests at any one time, we feel if you wanted to camp close to someone you could camp in your back yard at home, here you have space and privacy.
