Learn more about this land:One can expect a wonderful wilderness experience at Earthganic Farm’s riverside camping. The path down to the sites is drivable in a truck, SUV, or van. There’s always the option to park up at the house and walk down (it’s a ten minute walk from the house to the river) and if you let us know ahead of time, we can bring your camping stuff down for you. We have two single kayaks that we rent for $15/day and you can put them in right on property and kayak up and down the river. There are walking/dirt biking trails through pine forest and nice hardwoods down by the river. The brave can take dips in the river. Just down the street there is a boat access ramp for canoes, kayaks, and flat bottom boats.

It’s a known fact that the Airstream camper is in a class by itself, and a 1972 Airstream Ambassador that's 90% original is a rare treat. Our girl is one incredible aluminum land yacht that we've christened "Silvia" after a hit song of '72 - Silvia's Mother" by Dr. Hook & The Medicine Show, and because, well, she's silver. She's been well cared for over the past 50+ years, and only the things that really matter have been updated - bathroom, larger instant water heater, new AC, microwave, fridge, Keurig coffeemaker, memory foam mattresses with latex toppers, dedicated WiFi, surge-protected USB outlets – but as far as everything else, from the '70s vintage cookware, utensils, linens, books, games, puzzles, and many '70s music CDs to discover, you'll really dig her vibe.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have a gated private double entrance/exit driveway. The entire guest area is fenced/gated, guests have access to the lower property where the ponies are, seating on the bridge for a. m. coffee or p. m. libation. Beware though - the ponies may come begging for a sip.
If you do enter the lower property to hang out with the ponies or check out our mini farm, PLEASE REMEMBER TO 1) close the gate behind you, 2) make sure the kids and pets are always under your direct supervision.
HOST INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We live in the house on the property, but unless you need us for something you won’t see us at all, and we won't disrupt your stay. You may see us coming and going, feeding the ponies, doing yard work, etc., but we like our space and quiet living, so we won't invade your portion of the property during your stay.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
We're just off a 2-lane country road that the local folks use as a cut-through during the morning and evening rush hours, so traffic can pick up a little then, but it quickly settles to typical country road traffic for much of the time, ebbing off to intermittent during the evening and overnight.

The A-frame was comfortable, and I liked that the door was facing the creek. The sound of the water was peaceful. The A-frame was well stocked, and the land amenities were awesome. The bathrooms were clean, and we enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge. There were fireflies when we stayed. We'd love to stay on this lovely land again.

Very organized and clean, solar lighting to light the paths, communicates easily, the cold plunge and sauna area is an oasis in the camp ground! The luxury bathhouse is wonderful! I found the outdoor shower the last day- my mistake! Tools in the cabin were a nice addition as i havent camped in many years! Comfy beds! We want to come back!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in the trees at Cold Spring Base Camp. The tree house has everything you need for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. The space is full of beautiful details from the beautiful countertop to the tree growing in the bathroom. The bed and linens were very comfortable, lots of hot water in the shower with nice toiletries and enough supplies in the kitchen to cook a simple meal. Having coffee or a cocktail on the deck was magical. We plan to return.

We had a great weekend staying in the Teela Springs Cabin at Cold Springs Basecamp! It was probably the easiest camping trip we’ve ever done as a family. No need for a tent or cooking gear since it was all included with the cabin. A great way to get outdoors and spend time with the family. The cabin had a lot of privacy compared to the other sites we saw which we really enjoyed.

The property is a gem in this area. The rustic cabin was perfect for our group. The facilities were impressive. Nicest campground bathrooms I have ever been in. Weekend Trip to 3 Creeks Camp and Nature Preserve
Damon was a nice host that offered assistance when needed. I stayed in the Creek Campsite and it was a joy! The property is beautiful and he has a web that was nice to sit on and look at the stars. Easy to navigate in and out of the site (even with a little sedan). Only stayed for one night, but it just so happened to be a night full of music and a light show.

Unique stay! The treehouse was so magical and perfect! It had everything you could need and was super cozy and peaceful! The bed faces the east so it was really nice to be able to just roll over and see the sun coming up while you were amongst the trees! Great centralized location to towns and hiking as well! I loved everything about this stay. This was my first time in an Airstream and we could not have been more comfortable. The host has went out of her way to provide an awesome experience. I found this location was convenient to both Table Rock State Park and Greenville. We loved the ponies and enjoyed grilling out after a long day of hiking. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is very close to a road, but I was not bothered by the traffic at all. My 15 year old son and I usually tent camp for spring break, but this was our most memorable and relaxing trip. Thank you for allowing us to stay. I hope to bring my wife back for a fall trip.

This place is a slice of heaven! It’s gorgeous and they have thought of everything! A treehouse with a full bathroom!? A normal toilet and tile shower!? Top notch! First class! Way to go!

A perfect stay! Place is such a great setup for my family! We loved the communal aspect, the luxurious “camping” tents which were better than any we’d ever seen, and the whole experience. Can’t wait to come back!
