This site has a picnic table, portable toilet, scenic overlook, hammock, fireplace, a bench and charcoal grill.
Twisted Oak Campsite: A medium-sized luxury private site includes potable water and electricity on site, designed for maximum 8 guests with parking for 4 cars on site and has space for several tents. This site has a picnic table, portable toilet, scenic overlook, hammock, fireplace, benches, charcoal grill, and on-site string lights.
Red Maple Campsite: A large luxury private site that includes potable water and electricity on site, designed for a maximum 10 guests with on-site parking space that is 90ft long and 20ft wide, for an RV or 6-8 cars and overflow parking for several more cars. It is designed to be backed into with an RV and then pulled out of. This site can handle several tents and has two picnic tables, two portable toilets, a scenic overlook, hammock, fireplace, benches, a charcoal grill, and on-site string lights.

This is our 100 yr old family farm. The lower fields are used for beef cattle grazing and hay making. There is a rough road to walk up to the fields and woods above. We are very close to the Aughwick creek where there is kayaking and fishing. There are many trails in Huntingdon County. We are about 45 mins away from Lake Raystown dam where there is boating and camping and trails. The 1000 steps is a popular hiking trail.
We have a recently remodeled farmhouse for short term rentals. There is a spot for a motor home that would have electric and water hookups.

My husband, myself and our golden retriever, Nala, had a wonderfully relaxing kid free weekend. Monique was quick to respond to any questions and met was very friendly and kind when we met her face to face.
Urban Saddle Ranch had comfortable and clean cabins, adorable animals, and was well maintained. We loved listening to the water feature in the pond and the bullfrogs at night. We will be back!

We loved our stay at this farm . Kevin was an amazing host and you can see that as soon as you pull up on thr cabin as it was supper clean and he had everything you could need . I definitely recommend the honey bee experience what an amazing experience we will never forget ! We loved staying at the Star Lee Farm. The cabin was the perfect size for my husband and I. There was enough firewood for us to have a fire all day the one day and a few shorter ones as we needed other days. The walk to the outhouse was short and the views for that area to the surrounding mountains and trees was beautiful. The cabin was remote, we could see the other one through the trees if we tried but no one was staying there. They checked in via message a few times to make sure we didn’t need anything and restocked the bathhouse halfway through our stay. We were just a short drive from hiking at a state park which was great.

Kevin was super accommodating and the cabin was very clean and cozy with lots of little extras. The outside of the cabin had a picnic table and fire pit and was private. Cell service was good enough to stream a movie on netflix on our laptop too. We will definitely stay here on the property again.

Star Lee is a wonderful setting for a bucolic visit to Central PA. Close to Raystown Lake and other state lands it offers a nice stay for anyone to hike, bike, hunt, or fish in the area. Stargazing and daydreaming also included. As a working bee and hay farm, Star Lee offers the opportunity to settle in, relax and enjoy. It is clean, comfortable, and obviously well cared for. I highly recommend Star Lee and am still enjoying their honey. We’ll be back.

Weekend Trip to Star Lee Farm
We have stayed in a lot of hip camps, but this by far is one of the very best that we’ve stayed in. Some of the highlights: cozy cabin nicely decorated. No heat or electricity, but he had lanterns for us, but we brought our own. Nice outdoor area with a picnic table and a fire pit that was perfect. Also a gas grill for us to cook on. He is two other cabin places, but they are so far apart that you can’t really hear or see anyone else. The property is huge and it is a working bee farm and it was very cool. These are located nowhere near the cabin, so you never have to worry about the bees being near your cabin. Highly suggest you learn about raising bees from our host! He has delicious honey for sale and an awesome piece of property with lots of different birds and deer. we walked around his property the first day and went 1.7 miles so it is very large. Also, very nice that it is a close walk to the flushable toilets and hot water showers. This was also a huge plus for us in October. Kevin is very responsive. He is also retired military and very compassionate and energetic about his farm. We came up for the end of the road half marathon/4miler, but in addition to that there is much more in this area if you like the outdoors. We did not go to Raytown Lake / Alpaca farm which we will visit next time. We love to hike and within 15 minutes is beautiful hikes with awesome views in including the thousand steps and the standing stone trail. We highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay at Star Lee. The cabins are perfect getaway from the daily grind. Clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for wide open sky and some peace and quiet, look no further and head to Star Lee. Kevin is a gracious and accommodating host! He even checked in to ensure we returned home safe and sound. Simply can’t be beat and we’re very fortunate to have our first Hipcamp stay at Star Lee and looking forward to return. I highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I loved our stay at Kevin's Honey Bee Cabin! The cabin was super cozy and clean. He even had us all set up with little extra stuff like a box of fire starters, a roll of paper towels, bottled water, and a free sample of honey from his farm! The firepit and picnic table were well taken care of and the grill looked brand new. The shower house was a short walk from the cabin was also clean and had hot water. He was very good at checking in with us over message and occasionally in person to see if we needed anything. We went for our 8 year anniversary and to see the lunar eclipse. It was convenient since there was a nice open field for stargazing so we had a perfect view of the eclipse! Overall a great stay, thanks Kevin for a great weekend!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet get-a-way for our 25th wedding anniversary and the Star Lee was perfect! Kevin is a gracious, thoughtful host. He'd thought about and provided for every detail to make our stay comfortable. The little cabin is absolutely adorable and was wonderfully cool despite temperatures in the mid-eighties. We left the windows open overnight and enjoyed the birds singing and the lovely sound of rain on the trees. We definitely highly recommend the Star Lee!
