We offer 2-3 acres of a choose your own spot camping area. Located within the Picayune Strand State Forest, full of peace and quiet, and plenty of birds. We have a facility building that runs off a generator for running water. With that, we have a washroom, that consists of a large shower, and 2 bathroom stalls. we have then propane heated hot water for a nice hot shower. The sites are very " free range". Nothing that is too designated, so you have a free choice of where to pitch your tent, or park your camper van, or your RV. Come and stay within the Evergaldes in Naples, of SWFL. This was our first time using Hipcamp and we had an amazing experience here. Our host Kevin, was very accommodating and he has a beautiful property. Feeding the animals was the highlight of the weekend for us! We also checked out fisherman’s village in Punta Gorda and it was only a 25 min drive from camp. Lots to do around this campground if you don’t want to stay at camp all day. We will be coming back!

A beautiful wide-open glade with a serene pond nearby made this spot absolutely perfect. We enjoyed a small fire right by our tent and camped beneath gorgeous trees that offered welcome shade as the day warmed up. The outdoor kitchen was great for cooking, and the firepit added to the classic camping experience. With virtually no light pollution, the night sky was incredible, stars everywhere. Trina, the host, couldn't have been kinder and even shared some fascinating history about the land. It's and ideal place to unwind and immerse yourself in nature while still being conveniently close to groceries and other essentials. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be returning.

Best host ever, a frame was cozy and relaxed, great stargazing and fun for my 5 year olds first of camping experiences. I think Bandit liked her too because he was right behind her "he normally doesn't leave my site" anyway you are provided with the necessities, a 2-burner propane stove, sink where you wash your dishes, she even filters the drinking water and puts it in a glass jug." how sweet is that" there is an out-house, oh and if you want to soak under the stars, there is an old cast-iron tub, you get to experience the way they did it back in the old days, by building a fire under the tub.! " hot tub "and a fire pit where you can hang out and meet new friends. let's not forget the shower also under the stars. We loved tent camping here! I loved that the horses come up to say hello (although keep an eye on your stuff lol!), it was nice to be surrounded by farm animals. There was ample privacy, the bathroom/shower room was spotless and worked well. Stargazing at nighttime was excellent. Luiz was a gracious host and responded quickly to any questions we had. 10/10 recommend!

Weekend Trip to J and P Creekside Retreat
We really enjoyed our campsite! John was an excellent host -- checking in with us but also letting us do our own thing. We brought paddle boards and spent the entire day paddling Shell Creek and taking in the beauty of nature. The campsite was huge and very shady. It mentioned being sloped but that was really very, very tiny. We have a 13' Scamp and easily got it leveled. We will definitely return!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hidden Oak Hideaway on Halloween weekend this year, and it was magical! Jessica is an amazing host, and so responsive and helpful. The attention to detail in this place is unmatched, from the coffee/tea setup, to the fully stocked kitchen area, to the cozy bed with a fan included, Jessica put so much effort into making this place comfortable. The decor inside is beautiful and aesthetically appealing to say the least. It was a wonderful getaway and I would love to go back someday. Thanks again Jessica and Donny!

Talking about outside the ranch, you can see our neighbors with orange farms, dragon fruit plantations, passion fruit plantations, bamboo plantations, ostrich farm, chicken farm. The town of LaBelle offers a lot to do and you must visit some places like LaBelle Nature Park, and Barron Park, we love to go there afternoons after grabbing a pizza. Talking restaurants, we can recommend our favorites, like a Italian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, a Brewing co, and a delicious Pelican's SnoBall shaved-ice snow cones that we are addicts of it! We are located 30 minutes from town, no stores or gas stations close by. Please come fully equipped with your own utensils, cooking essentials, food and beverages. We're also within 50 miles away of Estero Beach and 44 miles of Fort Myer. Bring sunscreen and a hat, we are in Florida and it is always super hot over here during the day.
