Property located in SW Redmond, OR - in the heart of an outdoorsman's paradise - fishing, skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking, boating, running, biking, swimming, hiking and mountain climbing are all within an hour of the location. Smith Rock State Park is approximately 20 minutes to the north. Eagle Crest Resort is a short drive away. 5 acres of land with a gravel pad, gravel driveway, cross-fencing, shop building ( not accessible to campers) and great views of the Three Sisters mountains in the Cascades range. Summer days are typically warm and dry, while nights cool off dramatically. High desert climate - Redmond is located at about 3,000 feet above sea level. Electrical hook-up is available for an RV/trailer on the front of the shop building and to the south of the shop on the post. Dry-camping only - no sewage, septic or water hookup is available. 50 amp circuit. Privacy is not guaranteed. The shop is utilized daily by our family and friends. So, there might be a few visitors throughout the day in the shop.

All inclusive RV camping on 5 quiet acres with views! Two sites separated by a newly built barn for longer stays. Washer and dryer available, ample privacy and lots of open space. We are a hard working family of 5 with 2 dogs and a number of other small animals. We run a quiet / tidy space with access to public lands and walking trails. The 2 mile loop around the neighborhood is scenic and lush with irrigation during the summer months. The 2 fenced acres immediately north of the camping area are for your enjoyment. All of this and more, only 10 minutes from town. Please note that while good separation exists between your accommodations and our primary residence, you should expect to see and hear us around the property on occasion. Lastly, we are at the far corner of a 2 mile gravel loop, making the drive into our property slow and dusty - and also private!

Very relaxing location that for me brought back memories of growing up on a ranch. Lovely surroundings and host was very accommodating as to location. She brought over the 30 amp power cord made sure it worked and then let me enjoy the surroundings. Power only, make sure your fresh water is topped off. Access is a bit tight but I wrangled my 20 foot rpod into position with no issues. The grassy pasture is somewhat uneven so you’ll want leveling blocks in your kit. Also if finding natural country things like (old) horse manure freaks out your urban senses…will it’s part of the ambiance, old friend. 😁

We lived it here! Lots of room. Horses, kitties and a new baby goat! Power and water. Worship music on Sunday mornings brought to you by The Fellowship At Bend church. (We went- walked in over- awesome!). Courtney is a very sweet host.

It was a convenient place for my fiancé and I to pitch our tent for our weekend music festival in Bend. We didn’t spend much time actually at the site aside from sleeping and getting ready. It can definitely be close quarters with neighbors and you get a lot of road noise but like I said it’s a convenient location and easy to get to.

I stayed here for the fairwell festival in Redmond and it was perfect for what we needed. The RV was clean and comfortable. The whole check in / check out process was smooth and the hosts were very quick and responsive. I would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful stay! We needed a place to park with our RV (35 ft fifth wheel) while in the Bend area and Ryan was very helpful and responsive! Full hookups and a quiet place to stay are hard to obtain nowadays. We were worried navigating our way out but Ryan came over to help and it was a breeze. We would stay here again.

Coyote Landing is peaceful and spacious. We had plenty of privacy and room for our 35ft Skoolie. Our personal Starlink had no issues, and WiFi was also provided. Easy access to Bend, with full RV amenities including a washer and dryer. Definitely recommend this place if you want to visit Bend but still have some space to yourself.

We enjoyed the location of this camping spot. While camping here we went rock climbing, hiking, a couple of state parks, swimming in a river, ate at some great food trucks and much more. We stayed in our motorhome and our friends stayed in their tent. There were a total of eight of us and two dogs. We had campfires every night in the provided portable fire pit. The 50 amp RV hook up was a huge bonus. Sure beat dry camping. Laura and her family were friendly and accommodating. We look forward to our next stay at their spot.
