Pitch a tent in the lovely Pottawatomie County in Oklahoma. We have created a wonderful site in the middle of the forest for you! Lovely oak trees as far as the eye can see, barred owls, deer, hundreds of species of birds. Feel free to explore in designated areas (ask me about other areas outside your campsite), feel nature's rejuvenating energy and be in our sacred space. The site is walk in only, about 100 yards, so bring your wheel barrow or cart, although the property is 15 acres in its entirety, the campsite is on about a quarter acre with one large central site and a few alcove sites. We do have neighbors up the hill, but there is NO Visual of these houses. Sometimes neighborhood kids ride their 4 wheelers down our road and use our cul-de-sac to turn around, and you might occasionally hear them, but you can't see them and they can't see you, but most of the time it's very quiet.

Conveniently located midway between Oklahoma City, OK, and Dallas, TX, our campground is easily accessible from I-35 at Exit 24, just 0.8 miles east. The entrance to Lake Murray is a mere 1.5 miles from our park, offering guests a fantastic opportunity to explore the natural beauty and recreational activities the area has to offer.
Our facility features 90 spacious pull-thru sites designed to accommodate big rigs, along with 38 back-in sites. Each site is equipped with full hook-ups, 30/50 amp service, concrete pads, and grassy yards for your comfort. Guests can also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV at every site, ensuring a pleasant stay. All park roads are paved, enhancing accessibility and convenience for all visitors.

Camping here was a great experience! The trail to the campsite was well maintained and everything was so scenic. It was very refreshing and we were able to see so many birds as well. Our toddlers had a blast and Monica was very helpful and kind!

I highly recommend both the lovely, secluded campground area plus the host. Glenn came by to meet me at check in and made me feel so welcome plus offered any help if I needed anything. This was my first Hipcamp experience and it really delivered. Definitely ecommend staying if you’re nearby and want to skip the hotel for quiet and relaxation

It was nice to have the place all to myself. I would definitely recommend staying there. Glenn is a nice guy. Unfortunately, the skies were not clear. So I didn't get to see any stars. Just be where there are fire ant dens everywhere.

Amazing as always! We both had a great time! We missed Donkey the first day but he came by the following night and it was so lovely to see him and the horses.
The sky was amazing as always. Couldn't have asked for a better spot or a better trip! They did a lot of trimming since the last time we went and I never knew how big the property actually was!

I had a great time with my 3 young boys. Glenn was very accommodating and checked in on us without being at all intrusive. The site was easy to find and secluded. The kiddos were able to reel in a few small bluegill (even beginning of March) which was fun for them. Highly recommended!

Super great! A calm , soothing and refreshing experience in the « outbacks » of Oklahoma. The owner of the place provided us with fast replies to our questions and requests and on top of that , unlike other campgrounds owners he gave us clear and precise instructions on how to get there. The site was extremely clean and had picnic tables plus fire pits along with a bunch of firewood next to his shed in the back of the property a couple feet next to the pond.
