Heavener Runestone Park

17 sites · RVs, Tents55 acres · OK
This 55 acre park is home of a large sandstone that contains 8 markings believed to have been made by Vikings many years ago. The park features a seasonal waterfall, covered picnic areas, playground, amphitheater with seating, community building, scenic views, gift shop and approximately 2 miles of nature trails. Be advised that most tent sites have a tent pad but a few are primitive. The RV sites are not typical with limited hook-ups and no dump station. Restroom and shower facilities are located within the park. Forest setting while still close to stores in case of forgotten items but the gift shop is stocked with camping supplies, as well. Variety of small wildlife in the area. All sites allow campfires UNLESS we are under a county wide burn ban. *Note moderate cancellation policy for most dates - full refund 3 days before check-in time. April 5 - 11, 2024 there is a strict cancellation policy - full refund within 30 days of check-in.

Welcome to my property! I offer 10 acres of land, partly wooded with some cleared areas, including a 1-acre pond (currently without fish). Located just 1 mile away from Lake Wilhelmena, my property is surrounded by mountains that stretch from east to west, offering stunning views. If You like to primitive camp this is your place to do it. Situated 8 miles from the Oklahoma line, there are miles of hiking trails in the nearby mountains for you to explore. I have many tent campsites set up and ready for use, with plenty of additional spots available for tents and or campers. Only have power on a pole for now but in future I will upgrade. Water is available from a well-house, and there is a power plug on a pole for your convenience. While I don't have a designated restroom area, there are plenty of trees around if you don't mind nature's facilities. Feel free to bring your camper or RV - any spot on the property is suitable for parking. All campers are welcome, so start booking now for your next outdoor adventure!

Glampin' In Style - Broken Bow

5 sites · Lodging2 acres · Broken Bow, OK
The Beaver's Bend State Park is within minutes, as it the Broken Bow Lake. We have owned our property for 12 years, and decided to buy in Hochatown because we had been camping in this area for over 28 years. This area brings us joy, love, peace, tranquility, and seclusion. We love the nature, the water, animals, and sunshine. We even love the rain! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Our little piece of Heaven on Earth. We are also close to all of the Hochatown events, eateries, wineries, & breweries. You can go golfing, swimming, get lost in a "secret room" or get a massage, within a 5 minute drive of our location. Grab your pillow, towels, swimsuits, toiletries and come on to Broken Bow Lake (2 miles) or Beaver's Bend State Park (5 miles) and enjoy the great outdoors, in style!

Sora's Cabin

1 site · Lodging2 acres · Broken Bow, OK
This single-story cabin is nestled on two acres at the end of a private road, which makes its location ideal for any visitor. A cedar and brick facade makes for a rustic appearance, but interiors are anything but that. Newly remodeled, this home features tile floors throughout for durability, a large kitchen with all the appliances for family meals, and cozy bedrooms when it's time to wind down after a long day. The Master bedroom features a sleek Queen sized bed, 55" TV, walk-in closet, and its own private bathroom. Bathroom amenities include his and her sinks, a lighted mirror with digital controls, and a large tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a plush velvet, Queen bed frame, and cozy linens to soothe you after a long day at the lake. And finally, the kid's room features two twin beds, a flatscreen TV, and playful decor. This property is special because it was given a "facelift" by its new owners. After several longs months of hard work, on a budget, the final result is what stands today. Of course, there is always more work to be done, but the appreciation for the property and the intensive work that went into this project is something they are proud of, and sharing the result with the community makes it all worth it.
