A crystal-clear spring-fed creek sits at the center of the property, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, or just lounging on the rocky shore. For thrill-seekers, our designated off-road areas feature rugged terrain ideal for ATVs, dirt bikes, and 4x4 vehicles. Campsites range from secluded, primitive spots tucked deep into the woods to more accessible areas and RV hookups. At night, the skies open up to a brilliant display of stars, making it the perfect setting for campfires and stargazing. If you want to get into the woods and away from everyone, put the cell phone away and enjoy nature. This is a great spot for you! Note you'll need a 4x4 high clearance vehicle to drive back to the campsites Subarus need not apply. Love the little creeks and sleep into the sound of frogs. We didn't get to hike as much as we wanted to because it rained too much. Will explore more next time

Great secluded camping spot

Great place for being surrounded by nature and wildlife. Beautiful views and great camping areas. Nice spring fed water/swimming holes. 4x4 definitely recommend to get around property. Come with all supplies before getting to property as there is not anything close besides a gas station. Be prepared with firearm for protection as there is bear, wild boar etc. Great communication, directions and marking points of interest from the host Pail!

Buffalo Tree Ranch
Loved staying at Buffalo Tree Ranch! The owner was super accommodating, even with my last minute reservation, and communication was great. It’s only about 40 minutes from the Ouchita NF. So if you’re planning on running some trails on the Oklahoma side but don’t want to worry about finding camp, this place is perfect for you. Very private and very little traffic noise after dark. I’m definitely going to stay here again.
