412 Safe Place

The 412 Safe Space is a couple of acres of land hidden away in plain sight that offers easy access to Highway 412. Surrounded by farmland and a high-security fence for privacy this site offers breathtaking views and complete peace of mind. It also has a shop lit by solar lights, an empty 40' sea container, and an underground storm shelter to keep you dry and safe in any weather. 

Whether you decide to set up camp in the shop or out under the stars, it's a wonderful place to get away for the weekend and enjoy a piece of the Great Plains all to yourself!

The Cimarrron River cuts through the property, campers are welcome to explore & play in the water.

Cedars Place

Located 13 miles north of downtown Stillwater, this quiet rural property offers a relaxed vibe that changes with the seasons. It’s a great spot to enjoy fresh country air, a peaceful pond, and the starry night sky.

The property is dog-friendly, but pets should be kept on a leash due to natural hazards and out of respect for other guests. Be aware that the land includes obstacles, wildlife, and uneven ground, so please stay mindful of your surroundings. An on-site host is typically available, though the RV sites are primarily self-serve. Wi-Fi is available for all guests.

RV Site Options

• 50-Amp Electric Only: Located off the detached garage with views of the pond and meadow. This site is private from the highway. The driveway and pad are a mix of gravel and grass; while mostly level, some adjustment may be needed.

• 30-Amp Electric Only: A grassy site near the sandy beach, ideal for smaller RVs (up to 20 feet) or campervans. May require some leveling. Conveniently close to the beach and water pump.

For RV lodging, a host will meet you to provide keys and review the unit’s operation.

Corner acreage on a private farm ensures relaxing, peaceful evenings. We offer two 70-foot sites with water and both 30- and 50-amp hookup options. (Stalls and a round pen are available for guests traveling with livestock.)

We’re located in Guthrie, just minutes off I-35 and about 10 minutes from dining and entertainment. Nearby activities include exploring the historic town, visiting arcades and splash pads, and enjoying three different golf courses and local hiking trails. 

We’re also centrally located between Lake Arcadia and Lake Carl Blackwell, offering plenty of water activities during the day — then you can return to unwind by a campfire in the evening, away from the crowds and noise.

Our 3-acre property is at the end of a quiet rural neighborhood, giving you privacy with just a touch of community. You’ll be sharing the space with one other RV tucked near our home, plus a small Airbnb that stays pretty booked throughout the year. The drive in is easy and scenic, with a gravel road that winds through a peaceful area of modular homes.

Just 7 minutes down the road, you’ll find the town center with restaurants, bars, and a few neat historic museums to check out.

We’re pet-friendly, so bring your furry companions along! There’s no fencing, but there’s lots of open space for them to roam and sniff around.

If you're staying a while, you’re welcome to use our shared laundry room—or, if you'd rather skip that chore, we can handle your laundry for a small fee.
