Artemis Gardens BnB is more than just a place to sleep (in cozy, enchanting bedrooms) and eat (delicious food the host makes for you). It’s an eclectic oasis nestled within nature, infused with art, and just a few miles from Dayton - very convenient if you’re attending an event or visiting someone in Ohio! I live on the property in a separate cabin, with three indoor cats - Artemis, Luna, and Nemo. They can hang with you or I can keep them away depending on your preference. When I book individual rooms, I fix breakfast for my guests. When the entire cabin is booked, I can still provide breakfast or you can have the place all to yourself. You’ll always have my contact info and I won’t be too far away. Nature is strong here. The cabin is rustic, some of the native plants can be prickly, and pollinators are everywhere - including the honeybees with stingers (who live in three different natural hives on the property). RV Owners PLEASE READ to the end for directions. We are a private campground and wedding venue in the heart of Hocking County. We are located 9 miles from Laurelville, 16.4 miles from Logan, 17 miles from Lancaster, 19 miles from Circleville, where stores and dinning are abundant and easily accessible. The property is full of wildlife and magnificent views and rainbows galore, with minimal light pollution, our night sky's are spectacular. We are within a 30 minutes drive of all of Hocking Hills State Parks, Nature preserves and so much more. Hocking Hills features beautiful towering cliffs, thrilling waterfalls, and deep, hemlock-shaded gorges. With stunning ice formations in winter, wildflowers adorning the forest floor in springtime and vivid foliage in the fall, hikers and nature lovers have plenty to enjoy in this awe-inspiring area. Other local activities include, rock climbing, ziplining, ATV/UTV Rentals and tours, along with Canoe/Kayaking on the hocking river, horseback riding and so much more. Southern Ohio offers some amazing roads for motorcycle rides, including the Hocking Hills Scenic Byway, The Windy 9, The Triple Nickel and Three Rivers . Please message me on the morning of your stay with an ETA so I can make sure I'm here to great you. RVers if you are coming in from US Rte 33 please use Buena Vista Rd. Buena Vista Rd is one exit after Oppossum Hollow if you are heading East on 33 and also one exit pass 374 if you are heading West on 33. GPS will usually route you onto Oppossum Hollow Rd or State Rte 374. The State Rte 374 route will have you turn onto Oppossum Hollow. Oppossum Hollow road is a one lane unlined rd and is not the best for RVs. Taking Buena Vista Rd will only add about a mile and a few minutes to your trip. Be advised Buena Vista is a very curvey road but is traveled by large vehicles all the time. Just take it slow and you will be fine. We have a dully truck and 45 ft rig that we bring in and out just fine. If you are coming in from the South (Chillicothe area.) From State Rte 180, please take Jack Run Rd. This is also a paved two lane road. All other roads in the area are single lane rds and are not the best for RVs (don't use Middlefork, Long Run, Stump Run, or Clapper Hollow off of State Rte 180). Our long weekend at GloryField Hospitality Farm in South Charleston, Ohio was nothing short of magical. From the moment we pulled into the spacious RV pad with our 40-ft Class A, we knew we had found a hidden gem—so much better than the crowded state parks. The level, gravel site overlooks the wetland pond and is well maintained, featuring full hookups (electric, water, and sewer), a picnic table, and a fire ring with convenient access to firewood. The site has good water pressure and well positioned connections relative to the pad. WiFi is available, but plan on using cellular or satellite if you need faster speeds for streaming or VPN. The catch-and-release pond located in a secluded corner of the property was a highlight of the trip. We caught several largemouth bass and crappie. We spent time just relaxing in the benches, listening to the birds chirping and the wind blowing through the fall corn. Kimberly, the host and owner of GloryField, was warm, welcoming, and full of local knowledge, she made us feel right at home—even inviting the family to experience a unique farm experience. If you’re looking for a place to get away into the heart of Ohio, add Gloryfield Hospitality Farm to your list!

It's a beautiful space and Marcy was very friendly. There's a large field for stargazing as well as forest sites. there was a very nice clean fire pit with a grill, and firewood and kindling were provided. There is a clean bathroom with a flush toilet and cold running water, and some thoughtful homey amenities. I came in at night and Marcy put on some lights for me, and then turned them off once I had a fire going. All in all a lovely experience.

I took route 180 almost all the way there with my travel trailer and had no issues. Buena Vista on the way out and is pretty curvy but if you go slow it's fine. The property itself is well maintained and a super neat area to camp. Marcy and Jeff were attentive and helpful!

My friend and I had a wonderful time at the campground. The RV is very nice and clean, quiet and surrounding by nature, have everything you need. Marcy is very nice and kind, responsive and got everything ready for us before our arrival. We couldn’t ask for a better get away to relax, recharge and enjoy the nature. Also, it’s only 20 mins drive to Hocking Hills State Park if you want to check out some of the beautiful hiking trails. We definitely will be back :)

This is perhaps the nicest spot we have found. The property is a perfect spot. Quiet, well taken care of, and so relaxing. Everything you could want is there to enjoy. Our hosts couldn’t have been any nicer or accommodating. the gravel pad is super nice, no tracking in dirt. There is a quiet trail through the woods too. The deer come buy at night to feed. Totally enjoyed this hidden gem and our hosts!

Had a great time at this farm for a weekend camping trip. Friendly and helpful hosts! They provided some extra firewood, fresh eggs, and plenty of space! Plenty of land to explore with chickens and cows on the property. Easy RV hookup and some flat spots for tents. The provided bathroom and shower was clean and sufficient. It's a mini-container unit. Plenty of room for an RV with easy hookup and no issues! Some of the trails weren't mowed recently so the grass was long, John Bryan State Park and Indian Mound are both close by for some good hiking and exploring. The house on the property had guests, and one night there were yurt campers -- but still no issues with privacy or space. The yurts are REALLY far away and you wouldn't even know they were there if you weren't told, and the house if far enough away that space is not an issue.

This was the perfect stay for my daughter and I for a nearby wedding. Everything we needed to get ready, and enjoyed a serene fire while we were there. Marcy greeted us upon arrival and showed us everything we needed. My only complaint was we didn’t stay long enough to explore the area, and I would love to come back when I have more time!
