Weekend Trip to TangleWood Creekside Campsites
Awesome campsite and the Safari tent was next level camping. Cooked a great campfire meal and was lucky enough to have a late night rain to sleep to. My kind of camping!
Blair put me on a great hike, a cool excursion up the mountain to the orchard and a perfect midday lunch spot.

I bought the weekend for my grandson (21) and his fiancé. They said it was the best weekend ever and the most awesome glamping trip they could imagine.

Great peaceful getaway. Easy to find, incredible response time and timeliness from Blair. We were full of questions and he went out of his way to take care of us each time. Safari tent was clean and spacious. Fire ring was great to cook steaks on. Creek was nice for the kids to play. 10/10 recommend.

Wow! What a serene and beautiful place!! So many places to hike, the creek was so nice and the safari tent literally had EVERYTHING we needed!! The owners are AMAZING and you can tell they put all of their heart and soul into it. We definitely plan on visiting so much more and telling all of our friends! There isn’t a bad site!!

We stayed here after my partner came off the Appalachian trail. It was close enough to town but yet felt like you were a world away. We had an amazing time. We will stay here every trip back to the mountains.

The tent was very nice and the site was nicely private, though we could see the people in the tent next to us- but not a bother at a distance. I will say, the tent is unlikely to be nice in the summer because it was hot with so little ventilation and it was on the 60s at night.
Creek access wasn't as easy as I expected based on the camp photos. I'd like to see stairs to get down to the creek which was really nice too cool down. But very slippery to get to the lower part of the site

3 nights at Canopy Ridge Safari Tent
The tent was fantastic and had everything you need. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we were able to truly relax after a long day of hiking. Camp was very nice, pretty close to Gatlinburg and had plenty of food options/grocery on the way back. Would totally come back.

We camped in Blair's safari tent. What a luxurious treat. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the big deck. My toddler grandson and I had a blast. He loved playing in the creek. The creek twists and turns through Blair's property; it's beautifully restored after Hurricane Helene.
There's plenty of space between most campsites.
Directions for driving and entering the campground were easy.

We absolutely loved this place. I have never been cozier or felt more luxurious while camping. This place is a delight and everything was laid out and provided so thoughtfully. Everything was easy and fantastic! I don’t know if I’ve ever slept on a comfier bed. We loved this so much we are now considering doing something like this for a honeymoon.

Weekend Trip to TangleWood Creekside Campsites
We loved our experience at Blair’s campground! Campsites weren’t super close to each other which was nice, it made us feel like we were alone in the woods. We stayed in the brand new safari tent, and it was very comfortable.
Nice handmade furniture and the mattress that was very comfortable. The deck/porch was the star of the show, that’s where we hang out most of the time. We’ll definitely be back soon!

This was the perfect glamping experience. Cozy bedding, impeccable tent, and perfectly clean. We stayed in tent 1 and could not have been happier with all of our accomodations, the king bed was so comfortable, one of the best nights of sleep ever. Even during a major thunderstorm everything was cozy and dry. Highly recommend staying here anytime, can't wait till we come back again!

It was a pretty good stay.. our kids enjoyed it very much. Not a great spot if you are looking to fish. But for peace and quiet it was great. We enjoyed the hilltop clamping tent. There is plenty of wood to gather for the fire pit.
