The Perch tiny treehouse is a custom-built tiny house (just under 400 square feet), situated in a mixed forest. It’s perfect for a couple or cozy for a small family. The modern design features whimsical, storybook touches—like stumbling across Granny’s cottage in the woods, but way cooler.
The space offers a screened-in porch with dining for four, plus a two-seater bar top built around a big pine through the deck. Cook up a tasty meal in the full kitchen or on the charcoal grill.
Wander along our little nature path through the forest. Hammock swings are available creekside. Enjoy a soak in your private hot tub, then sink into the daybed, turn on the fireplace, borrow a book from our mini library, or watch a movie.

Weekend Trip to The Perch Tiny Treehouse
We loved this sweet little treasure of a tree house. Had all kinds of plans upon arrival but never left not even for milk. The hot tub was spot on and the little welcoming gestures made it even better. Carie Ann takes wonderful care of this property. Would recommend to anyone who wants to just get away and relax.
