This is a romantic one bedroom off-grid cabin, all on its own on 3 acres of pristine island wilderness. This beautiful spot is 10-20 minutes by canoe from a public boat launch, depending on how fast you paddle. Potable water, propane fridge, stove, outdoor shower, and incinerating toilet, solar lights, and a big dock. Access to extra canoe, a kayak, paddles, fishing rods, floaties, etc. Yoga mats, fitness bands, a few little pilates weights. Very pretty - definitely has a woman's touch and is a special place. Queen bed. Fast, reliable Starlink Wifi. Woodstove. BBQ. Comfy queen bed. Can also rent an adjoining bunkie with beds for 5 - ask owner for details.

Loved the view on the lake, very dog friendly site and hosts attentive to your needs. If you love fishing you will enjoy your time, plenty of fish in the lake. Directions were very clear. The only con is that there is an airport near by and you can hear planes and helicopters. Everything else was perfect

Loved our time at Marco’s place. The lake was amazing to swim in after a hot day. It is quiet and secluded, just what one needs when disconnecting from the fast pace of life. No power or water. Bring your drinking water 🥰

Very nice place. Beautiful lake and alot of space. We went there in order to go to the tulips festival, Ottawa. It was just wow! It is not a camping with all services, but it is just great. You need to be self contained. The land us well kept and the people there are nice. A place to go without any doubt.

Even though the hosts plowed the camping site for our arrival, we got stuck in the snow due to our little experience with driving a RV. The host came to help us get out, he was really nice and we really do appreciate the effort he made into helping us!
