Welcome to Firefly Aces where our land offers beautiful views of the valley and "Enchanted Mountains" by day and star filled skies at night. If you look long enough, you may even see some shooting stars. The property is 93 acres and offers well manicured hiking trails that can even be used for Mountain Biking enthusiasts. Wild animals such as deer, raccoons, fox, owls, hawks, humming birds, bald eagles and more have made the land their home. Fireflies tend to take over in the summer months, its a beautiful thing to see. It's the perfect place to get away and enjoy nature all while being close to restaurants and downtown Olean if needed. Enjoy cooking on our rustic fire pits or light a fire to just enjoy the crackling sounds and warmth at night. A safe place for kids to run around, enjoy family time and the simple pleasures Mother Nature has to offer. It's perfect for anyone who just wants to get away and immerse themselves in the country. We have 2 camp sites ready right now both come with a fire pit. One is more secluded which is campsite #2 and the one with the valley view is campsite #1. Showers are seasonal. The last day for shower use is Oct 15th. You’re more than welcome to bring your own portable shower hook up and use the shower house for privacy. We apologize for any inconvenience. You will need to have a cigarette lighter access to use the shower to power the pump. We recommend bringing flashlights as our property is solar powered and there is no electric on the property. On low sunny days, solar lights may not last as long into the evening. On rainy days the property can be very muddy and access to the top of the hill to the sites would be best accessed with a 4WD vehicle as well as winter time with snow on the ground. If you'd like to charge your phone we advise you to bring back up battery packs as there is now electric hook ups on site. The most private sites are Cloud 9, Bunny Pit and Lilou's Landing. The cottage is located down by the main house and not at the top of the hill. Pets are welcome, please clean up after your dog. * No firearms or explosive devices of any kind are allowed on the property.

Welcome to our charming cabin, built in the summer of 2022 from a simple 12X26 Amish frame. *Important note: Lake Rd is busy and there will be road noise that dies down after 11pm. There is a historic and active railroad line behind the cabin and you will hear the train pass through the day and night. Some people have found it cool or relaxing but others have not. Nestled on its own 4-acre parcel within our family's 12-acre plot, this cozy retreat offers a private driveway and setting for your getaway. New additions this year include a fire ring and porta-potty, adding to the complete experience of your stay. Just a mile down the road, you'll find access to Lake Erie, boasting a small beach and kayak slip. On clear nights, don't miss the opportunity to gaze at the stunning stars above. Your host, Brian, has infused the cabin with photography and treasures from his global journeys, adding a unique touch to your stay. The hosts philosophy is to not bother you at all during your stay unless you have a specific need or concern, so your stay is all yours. The price is kept low to reflect this a campsite rental, not a hosted Airbnb. With that said every effort is made to make things comfy. Features include: - Private driveway - 12-foot porch with a porch bar - Four windows for a refreshing cross breeze (East-West orientation) - Finished floors, walls, and ceiling, with insulated walls for comfort - - 7-slot vinyl record bar for music enthusiasts - Wood stove (available November - February) - Lockable doors for security - Fire ring and camping chairs for outdoor enjoyment - Porta-potty with pump sink - Garbage bin and dish sink -Common Kitchen items like plates, bowls, cups, cutlery etc… -Garbage Bags (If garbage is used please take with you upon departure) True campsite experience and not an Airbnb rental, meaning there is no electricity, water, or sewer on the property. However, we provide battery packs and solar options for your convenience. The dish sink operates with a foot pump connected to a 5-gallon water jug. Guests are welcome to bring their own wood or explore the surrounding area for available resources. For your safety, please exercise caution when venturing into the woods and avoid approaching the active train tracks located at the back of the property. While the passing train adds to the rustic charm of the setting, it may NOT be suitable for light sleepers. Road traffic noise tends to calm down in quiet hours. Bed sleeps 2 but up to 3 welcome. We hope you enjoy your stay at what we believe is the coziest camp in WNY. Feel free to reach out with any questions or special requests. We look forward to hosting you soon!

This forested country property was purchased in 1923 by my great grandfather as a farm. My father was born here. All that was left when I arrived was the old stone house foundation -n it took me three days to find that! It is an honor to share a place this beautiful, creek, hills n trails ... Learn more about this land: Bordering Hanging Bog Wildlife Management Area and Crabb Hollow State Forest this charmed creek laced forest has been in my family for over 100 years.  Recently turned camp with 10 well spaced camp sites with fire pits, deep well potable water, dish washing station and a couple of electrical outlets for charging, blender, hot pot....  We have what you need for comfort. We just finished a glamping cabin for those want maximum comfort and amenities all set up! ( Airbnb ) We are located right next to Wildlife Management and State Forest property and are on the snowmobile trail.   Enjoy central (communal) and/ or individual camp fire pits (some rustic wood provided).  Camp fire wood available near by ($5.00 bundle).  RV's will want to use the somewhat level primary and secondary drive areas (sites 1, 2, 3 or 6). You can have privacy or enjoy socialization here.  We are truly in the woods well spaced between sites and away from all traffic except very light country road travel. Spaces 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 are drive -in. Spaces 8, 9 and 10 are short walk-ins (50-250 feet) from parking. These locations, are across the creek FOOT bridge. You can not drive to them. Nice n private with rustic campfire wood, piled or to gather, near by. We have cut many beautiful walking trails on the forested hills out back and along the creeks.  We sit 1/4 mile (through two meadows and up one tall and one small rise) from three ponds FULL of bass  (fishing license required). I love to use the tiny beach at the first pond for a quick cool off swim.   For a group swimming or tanning spot try Rushford Lake, where the beautiful little sandy Rushford Lake Public Beach is exactly 3 miles away. (Opened through Labor Day) Just down the road you can put your kayak or canoe in the Hanging Bog or go over to Genesee River access, 6 miles away to paddle or fish.  Genesee Valley Greenway Trail is minutes away to go for a nice hike.  See the hidden jem, Wiscoy Falls in 20 minutes or hike around Moss Lake. Approximately 25 miles in either direction will get you to a great day at Allegany or Letchworth State parks.  You may want to take a nature path walks right here so you can hug trees and kiss rocks... or Play In The Creek ! All us kids and kids at heart love to play in the creek!  Enjoy a fire in the communal pit or in your own and the firefly show which starts at dusk! All Cuba area attractions including Cuba Cheese, Garlic Festival, Block Barn, Palmer Opera House, Moonwinks and Cuba Lake are within 10 miles. The superb Amish community and offerings lace the entire area. I love all the doggies and have a big lab mix, Dino, who thinks all the people and all the other doggies were made to play with him. We understand everyone may not see it that way.  Out of respect for everyone lets all keep our dogs in our space and clean-up after them. All are invited to cross the creek bridge for off leash romps and hikes. Children love it here! My Verizon phone and Hotspot work great here. There is a three week maximum stay limit at this time.  Only sites 1, 2, 3 and 6 can accommodate larger RV's.  Please come on down and enjoy this special spot. Rustic campfire wood provided for 1st night stay. Bring wood or purchase it from my next door neighbor. Do send any questions. Plan to arrive before 9pm for any site. Welcome to Four Willows Regenerative Farm! Ever since we moved onto this beautiful property a few years ago, we dreamed of sharing it with others. It is a truly magical and peaceful setting, and we hope you love it here as much as we do! The property is made up of 48 mostly wooded acres. Our home, vegetable and herb gardens, mini-orchard of various fruit trees, and little farm are situated on the front few acres with the forest and campsites situated behind the barn and pond. We currently have an off-grid luxury tent set up for your use in a small clearing near the front portion of the forest, as well as several spots throughout the forest available if you prefer rustic tent camping with your own set up. We're still growing, and hope to add water and electric one day, but for now we welcome you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and enjoy the off-grid experience. We have a communal portapotty set up with a makeshift handwashing station for your use, and you can feel free to bring a generator or rent ours. We are happy to provide tours of the farm where you can meet the animals, or to show you around the forest. There are several easy trails throughout the woods, along which you will find raspberries, blackberries, mushrooms and other things to forage at various times of the year. It is a perfect place for bird watching, seeing other wildlife, and stargazing. Please be aware that you will find ticks, mosquitoes, and poison ivy throughout the woods. We are actively using regenerative approaches to manage these issues, but they are an unfortunate part of nature and we ask you to use caution. Please don't hesitate to ask if you need help with identifying anything. We are located a few minutes away from the beautiful and historic Medina village, along the Erie canal, where you will find several cute shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a boat launch, a skatepark, several playgrounds, and grocery stores within a few minutes from us, and we are just down the road from the National Iroquois Wildlife refuge. Niagara Falls, Buffalo, and Rochester are all within about an hour drive as well if you're looking for a central base from which to explore the WNY region.

Please take all trash away as there is no trash service in this area. Thank you!

Bought this place 13 yrs ago it was nothing but bare land. I've cleared out an area to camp, play, and enjoy the world. Find this as a good chance to share the outdoors with new ppl. Every year we host a Tree fundraiser called "May We Begin" where we replant as many trees with tree shields as we can raise funds for. Learn more about this land: The feeling of peace is about 1 mile off the road. Pulling into Apple Cove you'll see we've cleared areas for tents and small van style RVs. There is an individual fire pit for each camper, a small rock bottom creek runs through the 15 acres for a nice, relaxing view of the woods. The kids and I set up a swing set, and a spot by the creek to play and splash. Now, New York is a 420 friendly state.
