Property is 10 miles from East Aurora, 30 miles from Buffalo, 25 miles from Batavia Located on a small homestead farm with free range chickens, ducks, cantankerous geese, as well as dwarf goats, honey bees and a blind dog--so please drive slowly. Farm encompasses a mature hardwood forest, large organic vegetable garden, pollinator gardens, plant nursery, fruit and nut trees and shrubs. A diverse population of wild birds visit and nest here, including our summer pond resident green heron. A creek with waterfall runs through the property. Cabin is on the edge of a tree-lined pond. Host will meet with you upon arrival to give overview of land layout. We live and work here, but will respect your privacy and space. We ask that you please do the same, which includes all the living inhabitants here. We are in farm country, so at times there may be tractors, manure spreading, mowing, etc. in nearby fields. The blue rooster is a perfect addition for us here as I have always loved hosting. Making time to make your stay special. The alpaca farm has a small gift shop that carries plenty of beautiful alpaca products. If you choose to just hang out here at the farm for you stay, you’ll be more than welcome to join us in the barn through the day. We were visited by two cute and very friendly dogs, which really elevated the experience. The little bathtub sink was running again which was nice, and there being a compost toilet was also cool (though bring your own TP!)

Weekend Trip to High Falls Farm

Absolutely loved our stay at Sarah’s land! The campsite was peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful nature. Sarah was a wonderful host – very friendly, responsive, and helpful with everything we needed. The spot was clean, private, and perfect for tent camping. We especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at night and the stunning views in the morning. Would definitely come back again – highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature!

Christina was a very gracious host. She welcomed us, supplied firewood, and took our group on a little tour of the beaver dam. The bathroom/outhouse was clean and met our needs. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
